Bethesda was at one time the most expensive neighborhood in America. Currently home values are 120% above the national average. You can find the same thing in a neighboring county or VA for way less

@MulhollandL0ver Maryland is a weird state. It’s constantly placed as one of the wealthier states in the US but most of marylands population isn’t wealthy. A lot of old people retire out this way cause this all looks cool until you realize 5 minutes down the road it’s the complete opposite living

I was gonna say, in Bethesda that’s easily $1.2M, I wasn’t far off. It’s $1.17M according to OP In Laurel/Ft. Meade area they have similar new townhomes for nearly $700k. I toured one. Not spending that much in this area tho 😵‍💫
