Shes wowing before understanding what hes on about

"-Time doesn`t heal. It's up to you to do the healing." (Gabor Maté)

This guy literally just describing journaling

Tara is quite a retard. Wowing before he even concludes his theory ‘Most genius idea’- I’m not sure

Isn't this just solving problems with extra steps?

Watch this woman's reaction while he was telling her this story. Even before he landed, she was already hyping his intellect. When a woman is into you, you will know.

If I'm going thru a stressful moment, I note the date and time it happened or is happening and pick a day and time in the future and say, "next week at this time it will be all better. And so I focus on that future date and start looking forward to it's arrival. That helps me.

I mean, journaling and reflection… people have done it for centuries.

I do this as well!!! God given gift of letting it all go and also how to achieve those unachieved goal’s! Way to go!

Guy: "I got up and immediately took a pee because it made sense..." Her: "omg yes yes aaahhhh!!"

@grok give me transcript

If time heals all your mental wounds, then you were overreacting in the first place.

Is he still selling real estate?

This is actually genius. Will try it.

Why she opens her mouth so much 🤦♂️

This is basicly why you remember what groceries to buy, because you made a grocery list before you went out. Although that 30 day period he mentions is stretching it, thats not how our brain works.

Brilliant!

Full transcript: Ryan: I do something called the calendar trick. So if something bad happens to you right now, in 30 days you’ve either fixed it or you just don’t care anymore because time heals all wounds. If something bad happens – you know, I lose a deal or someone quits or I lose a client – I’ll go on my calendar 30 days from the moment it happens and I write “read me” and then in the notes part I write down exactly how I feel. “Fuck this guy. I hate him.” However I feel in that moment. And then I put it away. Tara: That is the most ingenious idea. Ryan: And then 30 days from today I see that thing and I say, “Oh gosh, what is it?” ‘Cause I know why I do it. I see the “read me” and I open it. I’m like, “Oh yeah, I fixed it.” What happens is you start to build muscle memory. So just the action of taking a moment when you’re going through something and typing that note, your brain knows what’s coming in a month. It preemptively starts to make you feel better just by doing the action. The post caption reads: “This trick will change how you handle stress…” Summary: Ryan shares a dead-simple hack for immediate stress. Something shitty happens? Open your phone calendar, skip ahead exactly 30 days, create an all-day event titled “Read me.” In the notes, spill every raw feeling – no filter. Save it and move on. Thirty days later you reopen it. Either the problem is solved or the anger has evaporated. Your brain logs the pattern fast: bad feelings pass. Next crisis hits lighter because the system already expects relief. One reply nailed it with a Gabor Maté line: time doesn’t heal – you do the healing. This forces the proof. Some users call it genius and plan to test it tonight. Others shrug it off as fancy journaling. Either way, the clip proves the point in real time – Tara jumps in hyped before Ryan even finishes his sentence. Watch the video if you want the tone and pauses. The method takes ten seconds once you try it.

Rolling your jacket sleeves all the time also helps.

Okay... she's overreacting, but what he's saying makes sense. Our brains really need the right conditions to feel better and focus on what needs to be done. Training our brains to handle emotions is a real thing, and it's something we really need to do

How cool 🆒 😎 is THIS!

@grok , explain this simple

She just wants sex

@grok explain what he does step by step and tell me if its bs

One rtard teaches another how to be in denial and blame others

@grok nevermind the hacks, where did he get his jacket

Yep! Good idea. And some things don't get fixed and a month later the world still didn't collapse. Life goes on.

Tablet therapy ❤️⚓️❤️ 💯‼️
Does he have kids? I'm guessing he doesn't use that technique on those moments

Memorializing stress is to give it purchase & place. Whatever compensatory behavior 30 days brings is, nevertheless, a return.

Lol trauma doesn't operate on your schedule
