Auditors do play an important role in making sure govt employees understand our “rights”as citizens, but some are nicer than others. The ones that remain calm and can articulate clearly the law, do a good job. This guy is not one of those. I just see a button pusher who’s a jerk.

Filming non-stories like this and harassing ppl for views is going to end up causing more legislation to limit 1A, or it’s going to cause cops to give up. You know what I see? I see a bottom feeder that treated a police officer like she was nothing. That's what I see. There is no reason why this bottom feeder (who should be thankful to this cop because they would have no career if not for this cop) and could have addressed the situtation like a professional, asserted their rights, without the insults. Law Enforcement has a duty to investigate complaints and a duty to ask questions in doing so. Preliminary confrontations with aggression and threats is not the way to do it. Asking questions for clarification is the correct civil remedy. I commend TNT for exposing the incompetence, bias and disrespectful treatment by those who should know better. They shouldn't be enforcing the law if they don't know it. A fine example of Discreditable Conduct and Conduct Unbecoming.
