Watched this video and all I can say is that Balaam knows his levels which will keep him safe in this govt. So this woman was thanking museveni for paying her for the coffee seeds she gave to Nameere and refused to pay and after thanking him she was like thank you Balaam. Balaam was like ndeka 😂...
