update graphics card, uninstall apex, CLEAN UPDATE graphics card (wipe the current version and re install it) check mouse for firmwear updates in your PC device settings.

If you use GeForce Experience to record or clip Apex. The software after 3.25 seems to cause stutters, and other issues. I had to install an older version of GFE. Windows 11 also gave me this issue so I reverted back to Windows 10.

@Kamii_FPS Yess I am pretty sure this is why I stutter, how do I go back versions ?
