Think of 1000 of those on the battlefield, each with an M4 Carbine mounted to it. Full AI, Kill anything that scans as human (IR signature). If you're a meat soldier in that theater, you're fucked.

And this is only what they’re revealing to us; the real stuff is most assuredly a decade or more advanced.

Yeah, you’re not taking out a swarm of those with a 30 .06! You better get more technological and learn how to make an EMP gun. 🤣 I’m surprised Wanglerstar didn’t recommend a good axe. 🤨

The servo motors and the controls for them on those 4 wheels takes a lot of power. If this thing is even real, it won't last long between recharges.

What's concerning is when these get militarized, they will account for these discrepancies.

You don't need to penetrate armor to defeat them. You can simply bang them up enough that they can no longer function, and a couple shells of buckshot should do it. The legs and wheels will always be a weak spot, and probably not able to stand up to an ounce of lead moving at 1600 fps.

It would be incredibly difficult to shoot one of these…better off getting a Net gun or some form of trap.

The government hates people! The government would rather strap a bomb to that robot and use it to kill Americans rather than use it to save people. Get a clue!

This mindset is so retarded. The people making these things and flock cameras have names and addresses. Why would you wait until you're getting chased down by robot gun dogs to act with some macgyver solution? 😂

Shotgun shell noise trap+ bag of fertilizer= vaporized robodog/highly illegal. But in the end of a civilization who cares? Answer: only the ones who survive.

Don't mistake their abilities for invincibility. The reason why robots haven't yet become a major military thread is basically their bodies are extremely fragile. One jolt and their hardware can destabilize. But yeah... this is a step into a worrying future.

They already plan to make it consume corpses to fuel itself. The next patent will have a mechanism to take the remaining bones, grind them up and shoot them with compressed air like a shotgun.
