So a core issues I see with a lot of crypto games is: No in game peer to peer economy. (ie. The game Devs make all the $$ off the items and you buy from them not other players) Couple of things I wanted to experiment with, in regards to on chain gaming is the peer to peer economy. So the way my team set it up, is you mine the token in game, but you sell the items peer to peer in SOL. (see video for a demo) This gives you two different ways to play to earn, you can farm items, from bosses and loot boxes, and sell them to players for solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 , then other players can buy them and use them to mine the token, and sell the token to traders who will speculate on the price. Or you can just buy the loot boxes, and use the items to farm the token. This should help with the sell pressure, because before the game flow was: Buy item (in token, From devs) --->farm a ton of token---> Sell token to recoup cost of item. New flow is : Player opens loot boxes (paid in token)/ Player Plays game (in game token sinks) ---> gets item ---Lists item--> other player buy Item (From players, In SOL) ----Farms token---> sells token. Now the equation is if the loot box-player spent more game tokens to get the item compared to what he gets for in sol, and it keeps more money in the in game economy, and the market will fluctuate more based on the price of the in game token. So players who play and are "locked in" can make money off arbing and this services the "trader" archetype of player, which I feel is the major player type in web3-games. (also the token name is just a test token so dont buy random shit on pump fun, thats just using the name)

The pre sale failed spectacularly. I think it was too big of a raise, I did raise my concerns with the team but they wanted to roll the dice. I told them if it fails, we just do it for the trenches. SO. I will just be throwing 4k of Liq of my own money, starting it at like super low MC, and just letting it be organic. no team tokens, no hidden supply. Every token is earned in game, entry fee will be in the token ( so pennies to start), and the items will be traded in sol peer to peer with all the sinks. I will probs earn a tiny bit off the 1% pool fee, and some small anti-sniper measures but that's it. I wont make what I put into it, but its a waste to just not launch it. All tokens have to be earned by playing the game. The mining is dynamic, so there isn't a daily emissions, its all based off how much you kill. So if there is no players it stops emitting. I basically wont make much on this at all but hey if Ansem 🐂🀄️ can do one for the trenches I probobly should also. Full docs in the comments to check it out, tis really in-depth and we spent a ton of time on it so hope you guys enjoy.

A lot of people are buying without even testing the launchpad, and as a developer, I felt it was my responsibility to test it first and share real feedback based on what I saw (it’s all shown in the video). ✅ The site appears to be AI-built — and that’s not the issue. The real issue is how the launchpad works, and right now it has critical flaws for anyone putting money into it. 1) No automated on-chain transaction flow A serious launchpad should handle the transaction flow automatically on-chain. Instead, you click “create token” and then you must manually send SOL to a wallet the platform is “waiting on” to receive funds — and only then they create the token and send you your buy. ➡️ This is a massive risk, because it’s not a standard verifiable on-chain flow (a program/contract executing the logic transparently). 2) Tokens are being created with NO Solana metadata The token coming out is not minting with proper metadata — meaning no name, no image, no on-chain identity recorded correctly. ➡️ That’s a major red flag. I can deploy a token with correct Solana metadata in 5 minutes, so a launchpad failing to do this is a serious problem. 3) Token launches with ZERO liquidity (no pool) The token starts with no liquidity at all, only your initial buy. ➡️ Result: it cannot trade on any DEX, because there is no pool / curve to enable swaps. Every real launchpad uses a bonding curve or liquidity model so the token launches with a functional market and a meaningful starting market cap (many start around $4k+, and in ecosystems like BONK pairs such as USD1 often start even higher). 📌 Summary The idea is good, but building a real launchpad is not easy. In its current state, these issues make the risk much higher than most people realize. Since I’m confident most didn’t test it, I tested it for you and shared what I found.
