This video has me ugly crying at 4 am

Ugly crying is an understatement. Dogs are just too good for this world.

I have adopted 3 senior citizen golden retrievers and they were amazing dogs. Sadly, because of the high cancer rate in this breed, I lost 2 of them to cancer. It is heart wrenching and you know you won't have as many years with them, but older dogs are great!

The inner child does not age. This applies to all living things.

Compassion story: A pelican made friendship with a stray dog, that visited the boat dock everyday . A man who watched this photographed the picture, adopted the dog and he brought the dog to the dock everyday so that they can spend sometime of intimacy with each other.. Hats off to the man and for his little act of kindness and generousity .❤

We don’t deserve them. Truly a gift from God. 😢

Pets are important for our mental well-being. I take my bearded dragon Georgie to work with me every day. She makes each day worthwhile.

She ran out of patience real fast

People adopting senior dogs have the depth and strength of character I can only admire from a distance. I will never know how they do it but I appreciate them for giving these beautiful babies the happiest last few days of their lives. ❤️
