It doesn't seem to me that these workers possess some specific set of skills that can't be found from workers here in the united states. Yet, this company is willing to go through leaps and bounds with lawyers and all kinds of paperwork that they have to deal with to bring these people into the country. I'm fairly sure it would be very advantageous for the people that would want to work there to be american workers.
