UPDATE: Former Kampala Lord Mayor Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has been further remanded and will return to the Makindye Chief Magistrate’s Court on June 30, 2026, for the mention of his case. Every day, while being walked by his owner in France, the dog would stop in front of a homeless man’s small tent and run over to hug him tightly. Why don’t we hear as much about the Rapture as we used to? It’s still in the Bible, and it’s still a very important truth to believe. In case you don’t know, the Rapture is that event when Christ will call all true believers to meet Him in the air. As 1 Thessalonians 4 tells us, “We will be caught up in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, to meet the Lord in the air—and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” There are many benefits to believing in the Rapture, and I talk more about that in this video. Trump's attorney John Sauer just essentially told SCOTUS Justice Sotomayor that Joe Biden could deem Trump as being a corrupt person, and then order the military to assassinate him. And it could be viewed as an official act that is immune from prosecution. Justice Sotomayor: "If the president decides that his rival is a corrupt person and he orders the military to assassinate him, is that within his official acts to which he could get immunity?" UK-based Nigerian Doctor Loses Custody Of Son After Flogging Him With Belt A Nigerian doctor based in the United Kingdom has lost custody of his 16-year-old son to the government after flogging him with a belt. This was revealed by a child rights advocate known as pepstalk1 on her Instagram page on Wednesday. She narrated that the Nigerian doctor flogged his son after he caught him and his friends invited over to study together watching an inappropriate video. Prabal Pratap from Lucknow in UP appeared as a petitioner-in-person and addressed Milords as "Judicial Servant" and ordered them to lodge an FIR against an Assistant Superintendent of Lucknow Police for running a syndicate in cybercrime. Milords were shocked but Prabal continued and threw some papers towards Judges and asked them to deliver these papers to CJI and addressed the CJI as MC. After that, Court security personnel escorted him out of the courtroom and he was detained in the DSP's office inside the courtroom for some time. The Bench dismissed his petition but decided not to initiate any contempt or any other coercive proceedings against the him. Lets see how CJI will react now because his fellow Judges did not take any action against someone who addressed him as MC that too inside the courtroom. PS: Prabal appeared as petitioner in person in the Supreme Court to challenge an Allahabad High Court order that dismissed his writ petition against a decision of the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate (Customs), Lucknow. The magistrate had directed that his application be treated as a private complaint instead of ordering registration of an FIR. The Allahabad High Court held that the petitioner had an effective alternative remedy against the trial court's order and granted him liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
