Once they 'master' your housekeeping (which takes quite a bit of real training), they can move to other levels. And an important note I want to leave here... make them EARN access to certain things in your life that sometimes you just want to delegate because you don't want to manage or don't know how to manage. Entrusting them with serious tasks that can affect your life, your business, your reputation, are on top of the ladder. Are they even qualified for the thing you want them to take off your shoulders? Start small and allow them to grow in their submission, to develop their skills and to learn how to best satisfy you without setting them up for failure by expecting too much, too quick. In the end, if you want this to truly work, you have to approach it from a place that transcends the roles. As this is consensual power exchange. And you both want to be fulfilled in that relationship.

TALES FROM THE SLAVE MASTER In this clip from the BBC's Empire series, we are read excerpts from British slave owner Thomas Thistlewood's (1721-1786) diary, in which he recounts with pride the obscene and degrading tortures he inflicted on enslaved Africans. Thistlewood, the second son of a tenant farmer from Tupholme, Lincolnshire, had "failed to establish himself as a farmer in his home district” and “had resolved to seek his fortune in the wider world." In February, 1750, he set out for Jamaica. He kept a very detailed diary of his life as a plantation owner and the cruelty he meted out. Trevor Burnard’s book 'Mastery, Tyranny, and Desire: Thomas Thistlewood and His Slaves in the Anglo-Jamaican World' extensively examines Thistlewood's diary. He writes: "Thistlewood’s slaves were trapped in a dehumanising life of exhausting labour, debilitating disease, and demeaning social relationships; they were constantly tired, frequently frightened and subject to continual flux in their living and work arrangements." In Britain today, Jamaicans, just like all Africans, are still looked down upon by some. Those known as the 'Windrush Generation,' who came to Britain as labourers to help rebuild the nation post-WW2, are still denied equal citizenship and have been wrongfully jailed or deported. Many Brits seem to be miseducated or uneducated about the savagery and brutality of slavery and why Africans, regardless of where they come from - on the continent or elsewhere - are owed restitution by Britain. The irony is that slave owners were compensated for the abolition of slavery, while those who were enslaved were not. Thistlewood was just one among tens of thousand of British slave owners. Since I joined Cognition I've been obsessed with learning how our eng team uses Devin themselves If we are building the best coding agent + we have the most cracked engineers + we've been fully AI-pilled from day one... it stands to reason that there is a lot to learn by just watching our technical staff work And yes there are a lot of tips & tricks. I recorded a video talking about my favorite... Agent Fan Out - asking your agent to break down the problem, spin up 10 more agents in parallel, and combine their results This is something I've seen everyone do - from our model research team spinning up 100 Devins to examine eval logs - or our product team using 5 child Devins to try out 5 different alternative implementations of the same thing If engineering is cheap and easy, why not build the product 10 times and choose the best one? Think of it in a master/slave context: Master Devin -> 10 Slave Devins -> Master Devin pulls their results There are two reasons this is useful 1. Agents are smartest when their context is small and their task is small & precise. Context windows are finite and too much becomes distracting 2. Agents are good at helping you break a large problem into independent & parallelizable chunks of work Every Devin is its own VM/computer so this also is just a great way to move faster. I've done a migration from React Native to Swift by having Devin break it up into 6 pieces then spin up new Devins to work in parallel In the video I build a greenfield project and try my best to show off this agent fan out concept. I also threw in a few other tricks that I've seen my coworkers do: - Let Devin write its own prompts (especially for creating child Devins). It's way better than us humans - Do tons of things at once. You should be absolutely frying your attention span. Your job should just be babysitting 38 different Devins - Don't be a blocker. Before letting the agent work I make sure to tell it to ask me any questions that would fill in ambiguities. Give your agent all the information it needs (and then some more) so that it can just cook without stopping to ask you questions every few minutes - Let Devin test itself. This is undoubtedly one of the most extraordinary interviews of a former senior US government official on Gaza. This is Chas Freeman, former Assistant Secretary of Defense and former US Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. Key points in the video: - He agrees that many of the victims of Oct 7th were killed by the Israeli army in the form of "undisciplined fire by helicopters with hellfire missiles or by tanks with incendiary rounds directed at buildings". In the case of the victims of the music festival he even says they "were largely killed, it appears, by hellfire missiles and by other undisciplined fire by Israeli forces". To him this "disgrace in military terms" stems from a "lack of discipline and training necessary to respond" but also from the IDF's "Hannibal directive", which "says that rather than get into bargaining over hostage exchange you should just kill the Israeli hostages along with their captors." - He says that with Oct 7th "Hamas had 2 objectives": 1) "Put the Palestinian self-determination issue back on the global agenda", something he says they've "succeeded" in doing since they're is "widespread recognition outside Israel that only self-determination for Palestine in the form of a 2-state solution can provide security to Israel". He says that even in "the US, which has a larger Jewish population than Israel, many Jews have come to realize that this is the case. Younger Jews in particular in the U.S. are very disillusioned with Zionism and don't want to suffer contagion from it in the form of antisemitism, which is actually growing now as a result of Israeli actions". 2) "Give Hamas enormous popularity among Palestinians because they are seen as having stood up, as having been willing to accept death rather than captivity". He refers to Norman Finkelstein's "analogy of slave revolts in the U.S." and particularly the "1831 revolt by Nat Turner, a well-educated very intelligent enslaved African who led a slave revolt in Southern Virginia which had as its objective the murder of every white person they encountered." He says it "raises a moral question: 'Is the violence of the slave-owner morally the same as the violence of the slave trying to end that violence?'. The same moral question arises with Israeli oppression of Palestinians versus Palestinian resistance to oppression." - All in all he concludes that much like the violence against African-Americans that followed slave revolts in the 19th century, the Israeli vengeance against Palestinians "won't be remembered fondly by anyone in the future". In fact he goes as far as saying that "when people think of Israel in the past they thought of it as a refuge for the victims of the Holocaust... now they will think of it as the home of perpetrators of genocide. When they think of Israel, they will think of burned buildings and dead babies. This is an image problem of a fundamental nature and from the point of view of Israel it strips Israel of its protection by charges of antisemitism against anyone who is critical of Israel because to be critical of people who are carrying out genocide cannot be antisemitism, it cannot be considered immoral. Antisemitism is a despicable attitude but to oppose genocide by Israel is not."

David Oyelowo for some reason felt the need to do another interview about his 'Lawman:Bass Reeves', I know he's been upset with my tweets about - everything about the show. One thing I criticized him and other foreign black actors who have done this is- when they make or star in projects about Black Americans, they always say "I don't know WHY this story wasn't told before". Steve McQueen said it about 12 yrs/Slave, Cynthia Erivo said it about 'Harriet' and David said it about his Bass Reeves show. So I "kindly" informed him that the reason why stories about Black Americans are rarely if ever told is due to R-A-C-I-S-M against Black Americans. That "thing" your movie or TV show is probably ABOUT. The fact that they either DON'T know that or are insinuating that Black Americans are just TOO LAZY and INCOMPETENT to MAKE MOVIES ABOUT THEIR OWN HISTORY - SO WE AFRICANS HAVE TO DO IT FOR THEM, is OFFENSIVE and PROOF that they have NO BUSINESS TOUCHING OUR STORIES and therefore PREVENTING US from doing so by their actions. Anyway, after I tweeted that, he changed his answers to that question in subsequent interviews. He's doing it again HERE, trying to reinforce that he KNOWS the reason why it took for example The Disruptor💥 to get his Bass Reeves movie made and shown while being blackballed by Hollywood is because of RACISM. One reason WHY black immigrant actors don't want to blame RACISM is because that would invite people to ask WHY THEY didn't seem to have a problem getting movies made about Black Americans when Black Americans so clearly DO. mm

🚨Dr. Jack Kruse on Sunlight, Spike Protein & The War On Your Frontal Lobes ‘I do want you to get into the COVID issue because we are seeing a lot of people with neurological issues, such as myself. But I’m seeing a lot of people that I am friendly with that are, you know, either my immediate family that are so lost, they’re still getting the jab. It’s, it’s horrendous and it’s really sad. Uh, they have serious like mental health issues. It’s almost like another person. Is this due to like the SV40 or what is going on with what’s the difference?’ Kruse: It’s a different mechanism. The SV40 link, the promoter link, we now know that it changes your DNA. So that’s the link to oncogenesis. That’s the cancer link. But this is what you have to understand about the jab. The jab was engineered to destroy the leptin-melanocortin pathway. Why? You know about spike protein. The spike protein has had the charge changed on it so that it immediately goes to the inner mitochondrial membrane. When it goes to the inner mitochondrial membrane, what does it effectively do for the non-scientists? It’s a short circuit. So if you understand what I just told you before about melanin, the engine, and the exhaust, imagine putting spike protein like in between the outside and the engine, in the engine, and then distally. They can knock it out anywhere because the goal is to stop the flow of electrons through this system. Well, the way it starts on the top, it starts with sunlight. Sunlight powers the electrons that go into your mitochondria. So, in the brain, you need to know about how the leptin-melanocortin pathway works. So, you know that I’m a brain surgeon, so I know a lot about this. In the brain, you have a master clock in your eye a master clock called the SCN. It is connected to the retina. So, where does the leptin-melanocortin pathway begin? It begins in the eye, okay? So, the retina sends this pathway directly to two places. One is the SCN, which is the master clock that controls all circadian biology. If that clock runs slower than all the other clocks distal, you get diseases in the distal organs. That’s really what the disease is. Here’s the key. There’s no synapses in that pathway from the retina to the SCN. There’s another pathway that also has no synapses that very few people talk about. That one goes to the habenular nucleus from the retina. What is the habenular nucleus in the hypothalamus, which is very close to where your pituitary is? It is the relay center to the frontal lobes. The frontal lobes are what make you different than primates. And that’s the reason why they were a target of COVID. That is the reason why behavioral changes have showed up. Remember what I told you about the original story about chromosome 2 folding in on itself. The people that were behind designing all this, they know all this architectural work that was done in the human genome project. They know why these people were interested in. You guys are just finding this out now. But people like me have been warning you about this before it even happened. But you know what the problem is? Just as you said, people thought I was crazy when I was saying all this stuff. Then now, when it comes out, you know, everybody wants to talk to me on their podcast and I’m like, well, look, I’ve already done my job as a doctor. I warned you. I told you exactly what the mechanisms were and why it would happen. And these things are all coordinated to take a human apart from what makes them human. And what makes us human, what’s the ultimate output of chromosome 2? These two frontal lobes. That is the reason why you’re seeing so many behavioral changes and you also need to understand that this is also the target of everything else. Why? Because they know that if they can control the circuits in these frontal lobes, you become a slave. And that’s what they want. 🇮🇹 The Venetian Takeover of England: A 200-Year Project 🧵 Gerald Rose delivered this presentation at a Schiller Institute conference in 1994. It is the origin story they never taught you. Before the “British” Empire, there was an older, subtler cancer: the Venetian Republic. After nearly being destroyed in 1509, it spent 200 years executing a silent coup of the English mind. It weaponized philosophy, corrupted religion, and recruited elites to create its greatest geopolitical shell. PART 1: VENICE’S NEAR-DEATH & ARISTOTLE’S WEAPON The year is 1509. The League of Cambrai, representing the total combined power of Western Europe, is called upon by the papacy to crush Venice. At the Battle of Agnadello, the Venetian forces are completely destroyed. France is poised to invade the very islands that comprise Venice to deliver the coup de grâce. The papacy relents. They fear a war that will be fought on Italian soils by foreign troops. Several times before, such troops had seized part of Italy. In a series of diplomatic maneuvers, the alliance falls apart, and miraculously Venice is saved. Venice—which worked with the Turks to create a republic of usury and slavery. Venice—whose banking houses of Bardi and Peruzzi brought the Black Death, which depopulated two-thirds of Europe. Surprising progress from ~3 months of teaching the 8yo to do "keepy uppy" with a soccer ball. Some lessons learned... First, this skill is embedded in a larger goal that he cares about. He wants to be a better footballer (I hate calling it "soccer", which comes from a contraction of "association" 🤮). This means there is some baseline motivation. This helps you get through the times it sucks to practice. And by the way... It's ok if it sucks (just not too much). What you don't see here is him failing 1,000 times and rage quitting. Probably 1/3 of the sessions involve tears. But you get the biggest gains when you're in your "zone of proximal development" -- the place where it's not too hard, not too easy. It took a lot of cajoling to get him through the early sessions when there wasn't much progress yet. It has to be his choice. When he gets upset, I don't force him. I just ask him if he wants to quit. He never does. I think if I forced him to stick with it, he would be less motivated. By asking him to step outside his momentary frustration and make the decision to quit or not, I think I'm helping him have the space to think about how this connects to his larger goal. But I don't really know. Human motivation is mysterious. Long consistency + intensity, short duration. We do 15 minutes a day, every day. First thing in the morning. I believe duration of training is overrated. In school for example, I think we could get more learning in 30 intense minutes per day than we get in 6 hours a day plus homework now. It takes more effort to do 15 minutes of keepy uppy than it takes to do 2 hours of team practice. And I bet the payoff is higher. Same applies to learning anything. Encouragement is underrated. I watch him while I exercise and drink my coffee. I say "beautiful" even when he messes it up (I got that from Richard Williams, Venus and Serena's dad). I celebrate his PRs. I take videos and I chart his daily progress so he can see the wins. Three months ago he could get 3 at his max, now his average is over 30. Seeing this progress over time has made it easier for him to show up and do the work every day. One focus at a time. We interleave other soccer skills (like shooting and dribbling), but tend to hyper focus on one area at a time so that we see fast progress. We use the same principle in our homeschooling. We are always working on a few things at once, but there is only one priority at a time. Start easy to build momentum. When you start your kids on a skill, you just want to be able to get *any* success at all. Don't be afraid to make it so easy it almost doesn't seem like the same skill. When we started I had him let the ball bounce between each kick. If I didn't do that it would have been so much harder for him to do keep uppy that he might have just quit. You want kids to get momentum in any skill, and you shouldn't be afraid to make the first steps so easy it almost doesn't seem like even the same skill. Focus on fundamentals. You might ask if keepy uppy is even important, since the real game is played mostly on the ground. The reason is found in the slight shuffling of his feet between each hit. In the real game, the quality of your control touch, shooting, and dribbling primarily comes down to these micro foot movements and how they position your body for balance. Keepy uppy trains the nervous system to a level of precision that is otherwise hard to attain. For education, the analogy is probably to something like reading. Reading is fundamental and makes you better at learning everything else, even if what you're reading about is unrelated to what you'll learn later. Students today would probably be better off just reading more vs. doing most of what passes today for "education." Beware of thresholds. The best people at keep uppy are not pro footballers. Every skill has a threshold where getting better at it confers little extra benefit. In education, I think the most obvious example is math. Everyone needs to master some fundmentals, but beyond it's rare to become more successful by getting better at math. Your effort is better spent on some complementary skill where you are weaker. In this thread, I want to discuss the actual TAM for CPUs data center for just 2026, where many are giving different ranges, where I don't agree with. I will explain in detail why I disagree with these research firms and financial analysts using Math. And this thread should not be treated as Financial Advice. I'm just explaining my research and thought process so we can have a discussion. In 2024/2025, I gave out $620 PT for FY2026 was too conservative for AMD potential. At the time, It was early and many were just laughing, that PT was unrealistic and the AI world is run on GPUs only. Today, most of these folks are laughing with me. In early 2026, hyperscalers, enterprises, and OEMs are scrambling as Intel and AMD server CPUs are largely sold out for the year, with prices jumping 10–20% and lead times stretching from weeks to months (or longer for certain SKUs). What was once a GPU dominated story has flipped: the shift to explosive Agentic AI with its multi-step reasoning loops, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, real-time data movement, and reinforcement learning, is dramatically tightening CPU:GPU ratios from the old training-era 1:4–8 all the way to 1:1 to 5:1 or even CPU-heavy configurations. CEOs across NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and public companies have been sounding the alarm on CNBC, Bloomberg, and earnings calls. CPUs are “cool again,” and in many agentic deployments they are becoming the new bottleneck alongside (or even ahead of) GPUs and custom ASICs. In 2025, roughly 12-15m AI GPUs + AI ASICs GPUs shipped, and is expect to be 15-20m units by 2026, where it suggesting Training demand is not going away. The actual TAM is structural, multiplicative demand that has already forced AMD to double its long-term server CPU TAM forecast to >$120 billion by 2030 (>35% CAGR), with Dr. Lisa Su noting Q2 2026 server CPU sales expected to surge 70%+ year-over-year and demand “far exceeding expectations.” At the same time, AMD’s secured 30–40% share of TSMC’s initial 2nm capacity (behind only Apple’s >50%) positions it to ramp Zen 6-based EPYC Venice exactly when this agentic wave hits hardest but even that aggressive five-fab 2nm expansion (with plans scaling toward 11 total advanced facilities) cannot instantly close the gap in the near-term. Supply constraints on wafers, advanced packaging, and power are compounding the squeeze, just as hyperscalers forward-buy and lock in long-term deals. 1. The actual potential TAM Various sources and institutions are giving $50-$160-$200B CPUs TAM toward 2030, and i disagree, where supply is severely behind vs Demand by at least 2-3 years or even longer by some estimates. The actual TAM will probably be 15-20m for FY2026. The typical average selling price from low to high end is $5,000 to $15,000, but due to rising memory, and different inflationary pressures on Semi, it would be more logical to think between $7,000-17,000. A. CPU:GPU Ratio at 1:1 A basic calucation at mid range =12,000 x 15-20m CPUs= $180-$240B TAM B. CPU:GPU Ratio at 5:1 = $12,000 x 75m-100m CPUs= $900B-$1.2T TAM Of course TSMC cannot even supply 20% of this massive inflection TAM in 2026. But do we think of Demand for TAM or Supply for TAM? Hence we are seeing massive 2nm Ramp from TSMC for $AMD. IMO, conservatively, I would take down 15-20% on 1:1 or $135-$192B TAM for just 2026. Im not even talking about 2030. We are just months into this, it is impossible to estimate Cagr atm, but this is 1-5 agents running tasks, I wrote a thread on 24/7 autonomous agents thread, where companies could use 50-250 agents to run tasks for them 24/7. It would require a different structural CPU:GPU to bring down the cost of token as well as handling the Orchestration bottleneck. GPUs would be useless and sit idle waiting for CPU due to highly CPU-intensive nature. The cost per Million tokens must come down more rapidly for this 50-250 autonomous agents to work, otherwise the token cost would be too enormous. Helios Rack is estimated to bring inference cost down to $0.0003-$0.0005/M tokens with 18 EPYC Venices along with 72 MI455x and other chips+ Components. A heavier or CPUs dense rack would bring down inference cost further. EPYC Verano(2027 gen 7 AI-optimized) is expected to drive inference costs meaningfully lower than the Venice baseline likely to the $0.00002–$0.00025 per million tokens range (or even sub-$0.00015 in highly optimized agentic/batch workloads). Verano have higher core counts than Venice, LPDDR5X SOCAMM2 memory support, more AI optimized and Next-Gen rack density & efficiency. 2. $AMD secured at least 30-40% of TSMC 2nm capacity and Memory from Samsung through 2028-2030. 2 2nm fabs are entering ramping phase toward 60-65k wafers per months and 5 dedicated 2nm fabs entering mass production/ramp in 2026. Will link sub threads below if you are interest for full detail. Apple is reported to secure 50%+ 2nm capacity for Iphone 18 and Mac chips and AMD secured at least 30-40% capacity while $NVDA $AVGO $ARM $AMZN $GOOGL and others are on 3nm. This broader aggressive ramp from TSMC to target up to 11 fabs is to address $AMD massive growth ahead. Where $ARM is facing massive CPUs supply constraints as they have to compete with other Mega Cap players on 3nm allocation. And $INTC is also facing supply constraints for data center CPUs and PC per management with lead times extrended to longer than 12 weeks. Dr. Su is aiming for higher than 50%+ Market share, and I believe it is achievable in 2026 or 2027 as AMD has the strongest CPUs offerings. Dr. Su did not want to take advantage of the shortage and she said during the Q1 earning call, AMD is prioritizing Units shipped while guiding margin to be inching 60%. If Jensen were in charge, I'm sure margin would be 70-75% in this kind of severe CPUs shortage condition. But that is not how Dr. Su operates for more than a decade. She wants most market share. So we will see it in revenue growth, but as TSMC ramps faster and faster, AMD Operating and FCF margin will massively improve vs prior decade. A significantly higher margin profile than before. 3. How I came up with $1,200 withint 12-18 months? At $1,200/ share, that would be around $2 Trillion MC. I expect FY2027 revenue to be $124-$144B where data center revenue dominates overall revenue. AI GPUs: I will stick to the lowest end so show u that I'm conservative at $18B for each GW vs $NVDA Rubin is $30B+ (most likely Helios Rack in the $20B+ due to memory price rising). We know deals with OpenAI and Meta are around 12GW and additional multi-customers at multi-GW scale were hinted and will be revealed as we get to July 22-23 2026 Advancing AI event. For now I will conservatively add a bit more to this model. (3-6GW Helios Rack Range) EPYC Venice is reported to be in $15,000-$20,000. However large customers will likely to enjoy $10-$12k discount. I expect AMD to be able to ramp 7m EPYC Venice for entire 2026 and 3-4m of EPYC Verano(higher price than Venice). If we take an average selling price of $10,000 to be on the conservative side. Take down another 30% to be even more conservative on projection. I like to be conservative. That would be ~ 7m EPYC CPUs(Venice + Verano) for FY2027 or 583,000 units per month or 15,000 additional 2nm wafers per month which is completely reasonable for current TSMC Ramp, and I may be too conservative here. EPYC Verano and MI500 series will also be on 2nm. AI GPUs: 3GW x $18B= $54B EPYC CPUs: $10k x 7m CPUs= $70B = Data center revenue alone is $124B Other segments= probably in the $20-$25B FY 2027. FY2027 revenue = $124-$149B At 7m EPYC CPUs for entire 2027, that would be more than 50% market share when we comp it to availability from supply side, not from total Demand. It is possible that TSMC could significantly ramp even more capacity in 2027, so we will see. Metric Q1 2026 FY2027 Gross Margin 55-56% 60-62% Operating Margin 25-26% 32-35% Net Income Margin ~22% 26-30% FCF Margin 25% 28-30% At $124-$149B Revenue FY 2027 Net Income would be $32-$44B EPS would be $20-$27 (GAAP) Non-GAAP would be $25-$31 At $1,200 a share or $2T valuation that would be: 13.4-16x Price to Sales (P/S) 38-48 P/E At this kind of growth of AI SuperCycle, I think it is very reasonable valuation. If we use today at $406/share or $661B MC: 2027 P/S = 4.4x-5.3x 2027 P/E = 13x-16x Is AMD today expensive or cheap to you? Above is already a very conservative where I trimmed 20-30% of doable units. Meaning, there could be upside if TSMC is able to ramp meaningfully like they are planning. Conclusion: A $1,200 per share valuation IMO for AMD in FY2027 is not expensive at all; it is, in fact, conservative when viewed against the structural explosion in agentic AI demand we have mapped out. With server CPU TAM potentially scaling into the $100–$200B+ range in just CPU:GPU 1:1 Ratio for just 2026. AMD positioned to capture 50%+ share thanks to its 2nm TSMC allocation advantage and full-stack leadership, the company could realistically deliver $124–149B in total revenue and $25–$31+ non-GAAP EPS. At those levels, $1,200 implies a 2027 P/E = 13x-16x. Entirely reasonable for a company that will have become the clear Inference Queen (and in many workloads the preferred) AI infrastructure provider, with operating margins expanding above 30% and tens of billions in high-margin rack-scale AI revenue. Dr. Lisa Su was right presciently so about the Agentic AI inflection all the way back to her early 2022–2023 commentary on the coming shift from pure training to inference and orchestration-heavy workloads. While the broader market only fully woke up to this in 2026 when she doubled AMD’s long-term server CPU TAM forecast to >$120B by 2030 (with >35% CAGR), Dr. Su and her team have consistently positioned the company at the center of the CPU renaissance. The explosive demand we are seeing today, sold-out lines, rising ASPs, and hyperscalers forward-buying entire gigawatts of Helios-class systems is exactly the outcome she forecasted years ago.
