There's a video of cops in Florida in a town called Palm Coast where cops drag a weak 81 year old woman from her car. They "de-gloved" (tore off flesh) both of her arms and caused damage to her back. Every comment was about how bad her language. Not the elder abuse by cops. Sick.

So many ppl i see downing this guy. He knew his rights. You have the RIGHT to travel freely and unencumbered without having to pay a fee or be licensed. They where threatening to damage his PRIVATE property. He has the right to self defense.

The cop is lying. He wants the MAN to get out of his vehicle so that the cop can arrest him. It's never about talking.

You step out of your vehicle = You enter their jurisdiction.

He wasn't being an asshole.. Why did they want him out of his vehicle? Why didn't they want to give him back his passport??

They just didn't want to deal with this today... I don't blame them. He wasn't a threat to anybody or impaired and is probably a war hero whom is exempt from all state taxes including vehicle taxes. So because he "got away" does not mean he is right or even smart.
