Tax planning is important. Tax avoidance is not wrong.

Taxes are embedded in the wage, without the tax the wage would eventually be lower and the social ancillary value of the tax would just disappear! What’s the point?

Businesses do t pay taxes because they build that cost (expense) into the price of the products/services that they sell.

Not all expenses are tax deductible so it not so straight forward the analysis

I find people in the comments being technical but this is just a simplified example.
