Where’s the rest of this video 😅😅😅 The constant chattering just went haywire up in here

@harrisallenmark I thought there would be more. “If they say that, I’ll respond with this.” That’s the end of the video? Seemed to end prematurely lol

Hey Siggie, where is the rest of this, you tease.

Half of the people seeing this video don’t get this internal monologue.

This will become very a focal point in your meditations. When you become aware of these thoughts ask yourself, to whom do these thoughts arise. This will be your opportunity to move into the witness/observer state and you just watch those thoughts go by. Provide no input into these events and see what happens.

Be still, and know that I am God; Let me elaborate further When you become born again You receive a helper It’s important to practice silliness Jesus is the best in the world at it But He prefers you to practice charity Stillness is how to reframe Your mind like Christ Repent

Hey @grok find the full video of this clip

One simple sentense describe this from Yunus Emre "Bir ben var bende benden içeri" ~translate There is one me at me which is deep in me"

All mine does is plays music all day and always telling me to eat

The proposition might be wrong. Perhaps we only think, when we listen to ourself and otherwise the mind is paused so that it is indeed quiet. We don't hear the chatter because there is none, except, when we switch it on like a radio.

@grok Where is this video content originally from and the name of the complete media piece?

Where is complete video of this?

The algorithm had complete control over us 10 years ago.

I already know.

The video could’ve just said, “You’re mind is constantly talking” *End video* 🤦♂️

Looks like It’s a Allan Watts. Here is a longer clip but couldn’t find the full speech.

My brain enjoys reading someone else's mind as they are speaking and try and finish what they are saying which allows for a more genuine communication experience given the perceived relation of our minds.

Not only is there that dialogue going on but I have 4 different songs playing all the time. One has been there since the 90s. I hate Bette Midler so much for that.

@grok What percentage of humans do not think via inner monologue?

I do not have constant mental chatter.

@grok so what am i to do with these thoughts as i often dread my 9 to 5 soul suck job and that voice in my head begs to God to please help me

And if your schizo the filter is broken and hundreds of voices chatter independently.

Listened to the entire video hoping he would at least mention Vedanta, Upanishads, Ashtavakra Gita, etc. But it was not to be. No surprises there.. An entire civilization has been debating this question for more than 5000 years now!

Read Dianetics and you will know.

I suffered listening to blah blah😄
