@jon_shawn7428 So very true! I'm 69 now. Through out life my unloving mother ruled over my head. She had many mechanisms in place to trigger me. It was only in 2022, with much help from spirit guides, l was finally able to not only forgive but embrace her. All triggers disappeared!

Really great stuff here. So hard to do because we usually just immediately react to our triggers by yelling, getting angry, turning away, shutting down... Anything but face it for what it. WHAT IS IT IN US that causes us to react in such a way? Very hard to do
