You really can heal... I'm in the middle of the biggest trauma healing of my life. I'm a survivor of SA, SRA & HT. It's a long story and I was like a wounded animal. I didn't think I'd ever know peace. Then someone saved my life, brought me to safety. It took a while but I eventually found God. Even after all the evil that had been perpetrated against me. I used to think I was unlovable. But in his eyes he sees me whole! He's now (along with ppl I love dearly) guiding me towards healing, finding my true self that was ripped from me, slowly taking my power back. I still have nightmares and flashbacks but I'm doing everything I can to heal and letting Jesus carry me. It's just as important to let someone carry you as it is to carry others! We are worthy of love, peace, comfort and safety!! Let God in and watch miracles begin... 😇🪽🤍🙏✞
