Anyone else remember how we laughed at the cheesy Vegas style showbiz bs? Kids rejected that silliness from 1950s to 1970s, looking for something real, ie Hendrix, Beatles, Stones, Dylan, Otis Redding, Aretha, et al. And don't tell me Elvis, because the King danced in movies, not in concert. No karate kicks do not count. Ditto James Brown and Mick Jagger. They didn't have little armies behind them in latex.
