My Korean Dad's first Smoked Belly This was Dad’s first time smoking pork belly. In Korea, it’s very rare to own a grill because most people live in high rise buildings. He’s been loving his new American life and eating grilled meat is one of his favorite things here. The pork belly was delicious and smoky. Doenjang (Korean fermented soybean paste) added a hint of deep umami flavor which went so well with the cherry wood flavor.
