This was at tadcaster this week. Certainly was not heavy rain fall. We had none. All discharging into prime barbel territory. Courtesy of Paul Grier who sent me it. #sewage #pollution #environment #rivers

You just couldn't make it up! Less than 1cm of rain was all it took for Anglian Water to dump sewage into our rivers again! This is a dereliction of duty. Anglian Water and the government must act now, before heavier winter rains fill our rivers with sewage.

A little rain and water companies pour sewage into our rivers! We need to measure the volume of sewage not just the hours. This is horrific. Feargal Sharkey Clive Lewis MP

Today, I voted to end the Tory #SewageScandal 1,276 years’ worth of raw sewage was dumped into British waters, since 2016. Sewage in our rivers is putting the environment, public health and businesses at risk. The River Dee is one of Chester’s greatest assets, we must protect it.

River Rother at Woodhouse Mill. Excuse the language as that is not me. Been sent this over as I'm filming here soon. What an appalling mess this is. Welcome to yorkshires rivers. What hope is there when so many just don't care. #pollution #environment #rivers #plastics

When i look back at all of the pollution incidents i have witnessed, filmed, been in and been given, then think of #DirtyBusiness my blood boils that it has been allowed to get to this stage. The freshwater environment is not just water it is a living entity.. #sewage #pollution

Joe Rogan: “Why is [the sultan who sent Epstein the torture video]’s name redacted?” “What is this? This is not good. None of this is good for this administration. It looks f*cking terrible. It looks terrible for Trump when he was saying that none of this was real.”

“I was simply stunned by the news…I realized that this was the fall of the Third Reich…for me it meant all that I had given, all I had sacrificed, was now null and void. We had lost.”

Because the documentary was not about you or your feederism story Rosie! It was about these women who were apart of this house and this man who ran the house. Feederism was an aspect but none of it had to do with YOU

People of Namibia 🇳🇦 We had a FRUITFUL ENGAGEMENT with Prime Minister Dr Tjitunga Elijah Ngurare Manongo who DELIVERED a Message of the President to Parliament. We ADVISED the President, through the Prime Minister, to be CAREFUL and not fall for MARATHON Gimmicks! This was our Message!

☣️ CFIA calls this a "biohazard" ☣️ If this was truly it biohazard and represented a real threat, why leave all this behind? With the ostriches gone, birds are nesting in this... All the runoff is leaching into the environment and into a river! None of this is about protection.

BREAKING: U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent tries to gaslight Americans into believing that we won’t see a recession, that the GDP fall was inherited from Biden and that it might not even be real. “Remember this, some of this is the economy we inherited from the Biden economy.” Remember this video when we fall into a recession and Americans are struggling. This fall in GDP is certainly attributed to Trump's tariffs and threats of tariffs.

💷£10 million upgrade. Zero improvement.😡 Last week, #citizenscientist Angela Jones recorded the highest pollution levels ever at the Usk sewage treatment works: ❌ Phosphate: 30 - the maximum the reader can measure ❌ Nitrates: 50 - the highest level recorded 👉 Healthy rivers should have phosphate levels of 0.09 - 0.15. Her readings were HUNDREDS of times higher. Despite the £10m investment at the sewage treatment works: ❌ No phosphate stripping technology was installed ➡️ Effluent quality remains unchanged This is why citizen science matters. An “upgrade” that entrenches pollution is not progress. #EndSewagePollution
