Unfortunately this was a balk. Very subtle!! But a balk none the less. After toeing the rubber and then having that little back heel hezzy before stepping off he was cooked.

Not sure what the issue is, he moved his right leg before he stepped off the plate. Flinching while coming to a set is considered a balk
