@SouthlandSports So the call wasn’t on the receiver who caught it, it was the guy who set the screen. You could argue either way

@SouthlandSports The only thing I can see is that the other WR didn’t really attempt to run a route. Just straight up blocked until he spotted up. But did that actually have an effect on the play? So it’s up for debate for sure

@SouthlandSports 17 clearly blocked the DB. No rub. No pattern to try and get the DBs to bump each other. He blocked him. Easy OPI call

Navy right tackle Jaylin Acevedo was clearly guilty of a false start here as Navy first lined up to attempt its two-point conversion. Had the officials called it, Navy would have kicked the extra point from the 8-yard line and Temple has a timeout to use on its last possession.
