I’m originally from Charlotte and I’ve seen that exact same thing numerous times. One flew through my back yard, and then about 2 minutes later a C-130 came crashing thru my backyard so low I could see the damn pilot in the cockpit. Like I coulda thrown a baseball and hit it.

That’s flying oddly smooth in a straight line with zero fluttering going on. Might be a great capture…

To me the object being followed by the camera looks exactly like a balloon. On the other hand, there are things in the background, mingling with the clouds, that are something else entirely. Maybe turn up the contrast...
