Bring Protestants and unionists in to the GAA and make them feel welcome. However the Orange Order should not be anywhere near it. The sooner the Orange Order is confined to history the sooner we can all move forward together.

Very impressive interview for sure. Last time i saw Jarlath he was stewarding in a high vis at the Armagh v Antrim McKenna Cup game.

That would be him. He’s the kinda President that opens and closes the gate- doesn’t expect that job to be left to someone else. Hope you’re keeping well Brendan

He’s been very generous there. This is a population that took pride in being my parents and grandparents superiors. Crushed a civil rights organization with violence and met the same from a population that had enough. Vengeance doesn’t belong in an Irish republic. Facts do

Burns is a modern-day West Brit. He is of the same ilk as Charlie Flanagan and the blue shirts. He has completely abandoned his roots and the sound principles in which the GAA was founded. Typical gombeenite!

Marvellous. As an avid GAA person, there were times I thought I would never see this day.

Nice sentiments, let’s see the reality when Jarlath reaches out to the Orange Order. These people consider Irish,Nationalists,Catholics as inferior.🤷♂️ He is articulate, clever & Honest, but the people he wants to reach out to are driven by a sectarian hatred . He will be shocked.

@john_dineen Thought it was a great pod at the time and delighted to see him elected.

@john_dineen Thanks Bernard- hope all is well fella🙌🏻🙌🏻

Very interesting to watch a bit like Patrick kielty on Tommy tiernan same type of answer as well congrats to jarlath on his election!
