My childhood until my teenage years. The first time I ever heard my mother use the f word was on a Sunday. I was refusing to comb my hair and whining about it in her bathroom as she put makeup on. She finally snapped and told me to be quiet and comb my fucking hair. I cried lol

My dad would always day after a morning like this when the car was parked and we were about to go in “get right with God before you go in”. Lol

They may as well have been speaking a foreign league compared to what I heard. No cursing at all? My parents could never God rest their souls. I’d give anything to hear them bitch at each other before church again

The only false thing is the parents arguing with the kids it would have been a belt to the ass and then off to Sunday school
