Seokjin and Naengmeon(cold noodle soup) 🐹I make my own naengmyeon 🐨Wow, naengmeon? But you use the store-bought sauces? 🐹I used store-bought noodles but first made the broth from the scrach 🐨Wow, how? What did u used for the broth? 🐹I found making the broth was not as challenging as expected. 🐨What kind of naengmeon did u make? 🐹It's the kind of cold noodles you'd get at a restaurant, but not the Pyongyang naengmyeon kind. There's a seasoning powder, so I buy ones made specifically for naengmyeon broth and make the broth really strong and salty, and then add a lot of sugar. Then I keep it chilled. 🐨I notieced there were lot more sugar used in naengmyeon than I thought in general. 🐹So much of them. So initially, I didn't understand why my face got swellen whenever I ate naengmeon. Then I realezed after I made it myself that this is a very salty and sweet food. 🐻Spicy, salty and sweet things~ 🐹For this much of broth, this much more of sugar is used. 🐨Did you also handmake the noodles too? 🐹I bought the noodles as I had no clue how to make the noodles from the scrach myself. 🐨As u don’t have a noodle maker at home. 🐹I'm worried I might end up buying one later.

yeonjun’s new developing hobby 🧑‍🍳 🦊 i’ve been cooking a bit these days…cooking as a hobby…hobby? the reason i don’t want to call it a hobby yet is because i haven’t done it as much, i can call it a hobby if i do it a lot but i’m still at the starting step 🦊 cooking is fun these days so i’ve been doing that 🦊 i feel like i can cook a good risotto…i play the recipe on youtube (and follow along) 🦊 i want to attempt a lot of recipes so i bought a lot of things, the refrigerator is currently packed with things i can cook with 🦊 “how did you get into cooking?” i don’t know…after always ordering delivery food…you know how they make a lot of recipes with ramen on youtube and social media? a lot of recipes that use ramen in their cooking so i followed along to those…things like buldak pasta, you know? 🦊 i really like truffle so after looking at things like truffle oil cream pasta, i was like “wow that looks delicious, should i try making it myself?” 🦊 when we met napoli matfia last time, we got a lot of good tips about western food so i was like “okay, let me use those memories” and i tried making it for the first time…it wasn’t bad, it was not bad 🦊 so i want to make it for the members next time 🙂‍↕️

JK: The reason why I turned on this LIVE was because you know we have now 2 days left until the concert…right? No..it’s actually tomorrow. Are you asking what I’m doing not sleeping? I did actually. I was sleeping but I woke up early. Lately I went on a real extreme , reckless diet ..so I got so hungry and I was eating ramen. What ramen was I eating? Well you’ll find out soon. Oh anyway there’s one day left till concert. Yeah I’m a bit nervous. Can’t feel it yet but that nervousness I’m forming inside…I guess my brain is telling it’s ok but it’s just my body in that nervous state? I’m excited at the same time too…oh I’m too full. Think I had too much to eat.

Who else has done this exact same thing, because I know I have. This woman returned a chicken broth to the store because the foil seal was “already open”… then came back with six more she grabbed from the grocery shelves for the exact same reason. The service desk employee finally realizing what was going on told her that twisting the plastic cap is what cuts the foil open. The customer was so embarrassed that she apologized and just walked away. I did the exact same thing the first time I opened one of those. I thought it had been tampered with until I opened the second one 😂

Most importantly, you need to have principles that deal with reality. Embrace reality, deal with it, and have those core principles. If everyone took the time to write down their principles and think about how to deal with specific situations, the world would operate a lot more effectively. I’ve been through those experiences and I wrote down my recipes. You can consider my recipes, or anyone else’s recipes, but at the end of the day, you must believe them and do what is good for you. Because if you don’t have principles, everything looks the same. I encourage you to have your own principles that you understand and believe in, wherever you get them. #Principles #PersonalGrowth #DecisionMaking

Everyone keeps posting videos from Ring Doorbells. Well, this was from mine last summer. I was working in my office, which is set in the back of the house, when my doorbell rang. My door wasn't locked at the time, I live in the middle of nowhere, I RARELY have people drop by, and I never get any salesmen or anything like that. This guy parked off to the side. The camera on the doorbell is set to panorama view, so in theory, he thought he was parked out of view of the cam. If you watch the video, you can definitely tell that he was hopped up on something; there was no doubt in my mind. I answered the door, but I did not open it, in fact, I very casually turned the deadbolt. I don't scare very easily, but this guy really freaked me out. He kept repeating, "I don't want you to feel uncomfortable." To which I responded, "Well, you are making me feel uncomfortable!" I didn't own a pew pew at the time (I do now.) So, after he left, I immediately called the police, and I posted on local community forums to ask around and to also warn people. He never came back, but now I lock my door all the time, thankfully Winston has a fierce bark, and despite his appearance, he's tough! What do you think?? Was he tweaking? Was he up to no good??
