This was only ever aired once, and never released on VHS or DVD due to Michael Barrymore's arrested and cancellation. Jimmy Savile in Bob Martin doing the most hiding in plain sight cameo ever. Creepiest thing I've ever seen.

Say what you like about Jimmy, but he fixed it for me to milk a bull. Shame I had to be blindfolded.

The scariest thing about savile is he practically confessed to being a padeophile with that "I'm feared in every girls school in the country" comment but everyone just laughed it off and to my knowledge he used that line multiple times knowing he could get away with it

Barrymore morphing into Steven Segal at the end adds an extra layer of creepiness.

What in the holy fuck is this??

I was in the Flying Pizza in Leeds the night he was in there filming with Louis Theroux. I was going to the ladies room and had to get past him, he tried to press against me and I had the great pleasure of saying (and I quote) “fuck off you odious little man”. Utter creep.

When acting meets reality. Pretty sure those were some real threats aimed at whoever was watching and thinking of exposing him. Just shows how much he felt he was untouchable and able to disseminate such threats

Exact same threat he uses against Louis Theroux, except he says ‘strong Sicilian accents’ in that one.

The Sherlock episode, The Lying Detective, features a character called Culverton Smith. Smith is a well known celebrity who uses his fame and charitable works to facilitate his heinous appetites, including unfettered access to a children's ward and morgue in the hospital he funds

Utterly baffling how Saville escaped justice throughout his life.

He used to say stuff like that all the time on interviews and even on Have I Got News For You! People knew he was weird, but not that he was THAT weird!

Saville was an evil f@ck, and Barrymore was a sneaky f@ck.

I had a VHS of Bob Martin from The Works Aberystwyth around 2003, was very cheap

The Works up my way I swear had a fucking wall full of those VHS tapes of Bob Martin series one. After Barrymore did the "thing", there were stacks of them like they were Buzz Lightyear at Toys R Us.

And the Queen Knighted him knowing he was the most despicable cunt alive. Lord Mountbatten introduced hin into the inner circle. They all know.

I'm so glad my letter to Jim'll Fix It never got read! 😂

The Q no one asks: Where were the Intelligence services when this creature was hobnobbing with the PM and the BRF? This also applies to Maxwell, Epstein and Markle.

It's like a precursor to a Ricky Gervais comedy bit from "Extras", but not played for laughs

Incredible 😬 Also Michael Barrymore is a terrible actor isn’t he? I know he’s essentially playing himself but he can’t even do that, achingly self conscious and wooden.

Every time I see this guy I still don’t understand how he was so popular?

wow! never seen this before but got to say savile puts in a cracking performance here.

I can imagine that’s exactly what it was like if anyone tried to reveal all about Savile. Was Barrymore the worst actor to ever appear on TV? This must be about 2000, when ITV gave up making quality programmes

Just as scary, “overnight accommodation”!

Feels very ominous considering what happened at Barrymore's house.

@porridgeisgood "Not Awight: Getting Away with Murder" by Tony Bennett and Terry Lubbock (2007)

Aside from the awful deeds - the acting is enough to land you a long stretch in jail.

Sinister! Jimmy Saville = Margret Thatcher & the Royal Family pin up boy (besides Andrew (*formerly known as Prince) & the Royals favourite Uncle Louis Mountbatton of course).

Savile was at least a better actor than Barrymore, but then he'd had a lifetime of doing it.

My dude, holy fucking shit, that is insane. Was it a skit for Barrymore? How on the nose that is opens up so many questions.

Israeli accents?🧐

In addition to backing and shelter from the BBC, this pedo-man received a knighthood from the crown. And the crown now throws up it's hands and says it couldn't possible take that knighthood away. It just can't be done. HAHAHAHA. The powers that be spit and laugh in our faces.

That really is quite chilling

Savile paraphrased some of these lines when he met Jimmy Savile. Like a dastardly villian, a well rehearsed act thinly veiling his true identity.
