This is cute! Maybe it’s just me but I don’t see an issue with the groom picking his groomsmen. If I was married, my spouse’s sisters/cousins/etc. wouldn’t automatically be my bridesmaids. It’s going to be the people I’m closest to 🤷🏾‍♀️
