Fun fact if the states lawyers, ada, is at an autopsy, takes part in the investigation, procecutorial immunity no longer applies, they get at best qualified immunity if rights are violated during the investigation. Nothing to do with this, but it's why you never hear about the states attorneys working with detectives during the investigation. They're supposed to be separate.
