It’s Isabella (Bella) Javidan, the Communications Manager for the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), speaking at a... protest here in the United States. NIAC is a policy advocacy organization. It has faced sustained criticism from opponents who argue it pushes positions aligned with Tehran’s interests, and in January 2020 several U.S. senators urged DOJ to review NIAC/NIAC Action for potential FARA concerns. NIAC has denied those accusations. Even the “VPN” line is telling.
