Oh Pat, didn’t you get the memo? You can’t touch Russia. They’re off limits to us. Trump made that clear, when he tariffed every country, except Russia and Belarus. I mean, he even levied tariffs against islands solely inhabited by PENGUINS or POLAR BEARS, but not Russia/Belarus!
