Talking about China-US relations, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Friday at the 61st Munich Security Conference (MSC) in Germany that China and the US must not come into conflict; otherwise, the world will suffer. However, if the US insists on suppressing China, we will go along with it to the end, Wang said. “Chinese people have never believed in superstitions and are not afraid of ghosts. The new China has developed and grown amid overcoming various difficulties and obstacles.” “There is a Chinese saying, 'Let him be strong, and the breeze caresses the hillocks; let him be peremptory, and the moon shines on the great river.' This reflects the temperament of the Chinese people and the character of the Chinese nation," Wang said.

And CHINA, who cannot make a common bridge or building safely, is building China Bridge over PANAMA CANAL. This is direct and flagrant violation of US treating with Panama. China must stop building this trap until American engineers are on site 24/7 with full access to all plans, drawings, maps, materials, worksites, and to all personnel involved in the physical construction, planning, management, maintenance, finance, legal papers, lawyers, and agreements.

Iran is fully capable of defending itself because it keeps demonstrating and surprising many countries by the kind of weapons, either drones or missiles, or even missiles with a range of up to 4000 kilometres and all kinds of warheads that they can carry. And I think Iran is on its way to successfully defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity, regardless of the massive amount of losses, including loss of life, that the United States and Israel have inflicted on Iran. In 1998, the Chinese and Japanese governments issued the China-Japan Joint Declaration on Building a Partnership of Friendship and Cooperation for Peace and Development. It has an important statement — "The Japanese side continues to maintain its stand on the Taiwan question which was set forth in the Joint Statement of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Japan and reiterates its understanding that there is one China."

Interesting that Mearsheimer, a longtime proponent of containing China (and, IMHO, very wrong about this), believes we're now well past the point of no return. He says that "the US cannot do much at this point to slow down Chinese economic growth" and that he "would bet that the Chinese will overcome the American effort to damage the Chinese economy more than the American economy is damaged as a result of these sanctions and tariffs", meaning that the US now hurts itself more by trying to contain China than it hurts China.
