I’ve taken to the House floor 34 times as part of my Farm Bill Impact Series to argue for a fiscally conservative, five-year farm bill that gives producers the certainty they deserve. Last week, House Committee on Agriculture passed the Farm, Food, and National Security Act out of committee.

The bill would also hurt the thousands of small farmers that have already made financial investments to comply with these laws.
