Historical decision by SC : Hindu marriage will be considered valid only when all the Hindu rituals are performed in it. Vaidik Mantras by Pandit ji, Saat Phere in front of Fire etc should be performed in full public view. Court said that Hindu marriage isn't all about dance, DJ, drinking etc, it's a sacred thing.
