To us normies- intellectual property seems dull and boring. But when I spoke to Nicole, she reframed my whole understanding as the record of all the minute steps of human innovation and understanding. Intellectual property is the legal record of all of our inventions, discoveries, ideas. Protecting IP protects the brilliant minds of our innovators, creatives, engineers, chemists etc. The machine is famous for taking advantage of people by stealing and monopolizing IP. Leveraging technology to level the playing field, if done with ethics at the forefront, could be a huge step towards protecting innovation and democratizing thought. I hope @jack sees this and talks to Nicole.

This isn’t political. I don’t care what party you’re in. If you lied to get into this country, lied on your forms, or lied to get citizenship, you should be investigated. If you broke the law, you should be prosecuted. And if the law allows it, you should be deported & denaturalized. A law we refuse to enforce isn’t a law. It’s a suggestion.
