Intoxicated woman assaults her friend and completely loses it when she finds out she is going to jail. โ€‹What started as a heated dispute between former friends escalated into a chaotic scene at a beach resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, resulting in multiple charges against a highly intoxicated guest named Josie. Here is the full breakdown of the backstory: Josie had been arguing with her friend at a nearby condo before moving over to the resortโ€™s pool area, where her erratic behavior began causing a public disturbance. Attempting to de-escalate the situation, a resort tram driver offered to give Josie a ride so she could gather her belongings and leave the property. โ€‹However, during the drop-off, Josie became combative, shouting about being lost. In a sudden outburst of physical violence, she swung a large plastic drink cup and struck her friend hard upside the head. The impact broke the cup, sending the lid flying and splashing liquid onto the tram driver. Myrtle Beach Police Department officers arrived shortly after. Both the victim and the tram driver provided matching accounts of the physical assault, and the friend confirmed she wanted to press charges. โ€‹When Officer Kai approached Josie on the tram to get her identification, she was visibly heavily intoxicated and uncooperative. She provided a fake first name, claimed her friend was setting her up, and refused to give her address. After being read her Miranda rights, she immediately invoked her right to an attorney. When ordered to step off the golf cart to be placed under arrest, Josie refused, forcing the officer to guide her off. She immediately became Irate: โ€‹She began slapping and kicking the arresting officer, which forced him to go hands on to secure handcuffs. โ€‹Once secured on the transport cart, she spat directly on the officer at least four times and continued trying to kick him. While being moved to a police cruiser, Josie repeatedly threatened the officer and his family members, shouting that a groupโ€”the "Aryan Nation"โ€”would come to get them. โ€‹Backup officers eventually had to transfer an incredibly combative Josie into a transport van as she continued screaming profanities and death threats. Following the incident, Josie was booked and charged with: โ€‹Third-degree domestic violence (for the initial cup assault on her friend) โ€‹Assault on an officer โ€‹Resisting arrest โ€‹Threatening the life of a public official

Squatter claims Adverse Possession on 577k home. Goes full Karen fighting with police. โ€‹The incident began when a local real estate agent arrived at a bank-owned, foreclosed property in Cape Coral, Florida to show it to a potential client. The home was actively listed on the MLS and legally owned by Select Portfolio Servicing. However, when the agent got to the door, they discovered the lockbox had been forcibly hacked off the handle and the locks completely changed. โ€‹Inside was a woman who claimed she and her husband had legally claimed the home through "adverse possession with title," arguing the property was abandoned. The agent immediately contacted the Cape Coral Police Department to report the illegal occupation. โ€‹When officers arrived, the situation quickly went off the rails. Believing she was completely above the law, the woman refused to cooperate, yelling adverse possession saying she could not open the front door. She repeatedly shouted that the officers had no legal authority over her and that she was immune to their commands. โ€‹The moment officers moved in to lawfully detain her for investigation, the woman completely lost control, exhibiting truly unhinged behavior: โ€‹ She began shrieking at the top of her lungs, flailing, and physically fighting against the officers, falsely screaming that she was the one being assaulted. โ€‹ As police worked to secure her in handcuffs, her aggression peaked when she intentionally spat directly into an officer's faceโ€”escalating her charges to a felony. โ€‹ The unhinged behavior didn't stop once she was caught. While in transit to the car and once in the car, she continuously managed to slip out of her handcuffs and physically combat the transport officers, forcing police to use additional physical restraints just to safely get her to jail. โ€‹With her dogs handed over to animal control, the woman was hauled off to booking. What started as an attempt to illegally occupy a foreclosure ended with a laundry list of serious charges, including: โ€‹Burglary of a Dwelling โ€‹Trespassing โ€‹Resisting an Officer with Violence โ€‹Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer (for spitting on the officer) Great job by these officers for battling this one down to the station. I honestly was surprised how much of a battle she put up.

Being offended doesn't put anyone above the law. Here's what happened in this road rage incident. A traffic dispute turned into a major legal situation leading to the arrest of Reem M. Al Dhahiry. Al Dhahiry claimed she was targeted in an Islamophobic road rage incident by another driver. She loudly explains her side of the story to a police officer, claiming that a "white guy" tried to a$sault her on the road by repeatedly tailgating and brake-checking her because she is Muslim. The officer attempts to de-escalate the situation and gather details. He asks her where the incident started, how she maneuvered away, and if she followed the man onto any property. Al Dhahiry insisted that she was the victim and continued to demand for a police report and for the other party to be arrested without giving more details or her ID. After consulting with other officers who were speaking to the driver of the blue Prius, the officer informs the woman that she is being placed under arrest for assault, as the other driver wishes to press charges. The woman denied that she a$saulted anyone and accused the police officers of protecting the other driver because he is white. She requests a female officer, citing her religious beliefs, and a female deputy eventually takes over the search before she is placed into the patrol car. The victim chose to press charges. Al Dhahiry was arrested for Aggravated Assault in a Public Place, her car was towed, and she was booked into jail.

Off duty officer had to chase shoplifter though the store only to get sprayed as the criminal makes their escape. โ€‹An off-duty police officer working security at a department store was alerted to an active shoplifting incident. The officer confronted a female suspect near the exit doors as she attempted to leave with a large bag of unpurchased merchandise. When the officer tried to detain her, a struggle ensued. The suspect broke free, ran through the store aisles, and fled into the parking lot. โ€‹The officer pursued the suspect to a parked white sedan. As he attempted to pull her from the driverโ€™s seat to place her under arrest, the woman produced a can of pepper spray and sprayed the officer This allowed her to put the vehicle in reverse, navigate out of the space, and flee the scene. However, during the initial struggle, she dropped her purse, leaving her identification behind for investigators. โ€‹Officers deployed to the address listed on her ID. Upon arrival, they witnessed the woman pulling up to drop off a young child. Spotting the police presence, she immediately took off again, initiating a secondary high-speed pursuit. During the chase, the suspect reached reckless speeds of up to 100 mph. โ€‹The pursuit finally ended in a residential neighborhood after the suspect lost control of the vehicle, nearly driving it into a local retention pond and drainage ditch. She was quickly apprehended by responding officers in a nearby grassy area. โ€‹While detained, the suspect admitted her actions were reckless but claimed she only used the spray because she felt the initial off-duty officer had been too rough. She was booked into custody and formally charged with Shoplifting, Felony Obstruction of Law Enforcement, and multiple traffic offenses stemming from the pursuit. How did you feel about how the officer at the end was speaking with her? Was he feeding into her story just to get her to admit more, or was he agreeing with her excuses of why she acted the way she did?
