When it comes to working out sometimes all you need is a few minutes if you use that the right way with intensity and going beyond what you did last time. This is the concept of progressive overload and this is what you need to make progress in the gym. you don’t need two hours of workouts that completely drains you in order to make progress and be healthy. in fact, some of my best workouts arrive when I’m on a time crunch and the quality and intensity and effort of the exercise exercises have to be on point.

You'll just have to shop elsewhere until elsewhere is everywhere! No receipt checkers either as you're scanned when you exit the store. AI will take care of all your needs. This AI takeover is moving at warped speed. What happens when AI gets it wrong? Do they lock you inside till the cops arrive or better yet the killer Robot dogs? We ALL need to push back against this dystopic nightmare.
