@HomeDepot I just don't work with Indians. I've been asked by existing clients to work for them and I just decline with no explanation. It's literally never worth it, they WILL scam you. It's a 100% rate.

It’s always some bullshit long winded story. At our HOA meetings always them, always some long convoluted tale of out of the country travel, didn’t get the multiple certified letters, someone back in India with a chronic mysterious illness that is taking all their money so they can’t afford to fix the monster list of broken shit on their (1 of 5-10 rentals) properties. Please dismiss all fines, which they wouldn’t have in the first place if they’d acted on the 5 courtesy notices. 24/7 Jugaad thru life. The worst.

They absolute pigs to deal with. Both his clients and as suppliers and trades. I renovated three houses in the last five years and whenever I had to deal with one it was always a nightmare, an absolute nightmare. The work was dodgy as so were the materials they supplied. Other tradies told me that they don’t take them on as clients because once the job is done, they don’t want to pay the agreed about, or don’t want to pay all, or you have to chase for payment. Just don’t deal with them; they shorten in your life

@HomeDepot My company has some regular Indian customers who constantly bounce checks. It's just a game to them. They can get out of paying, and will make you chase them through the courts for months. Fuck the trash 🖕 send them back to their shithole

@HomeDepot If you’re a business owner in the US you have to have the gas station mindset, cash or credit up front and no checks and once that’s your official “policy”, then you wave the policy for people who will actually pay.

@HomeDepot Ive been in residential construction for over 20 years. Most spent working for myself. In all those years I've had one indian customer. It ended up being one to many. Learned my lesson. Now I bid such a ridiculous number they instantly say no

@HomeDepot Its not "izzat", thats their internalised honor/face system. You are referring to "Jugaad" which more or less translates to their scamming behaviour. They believe that being able to pull a scam or workaround of any system means that theyre better and smarter than others.
