Drama update for wowtwt: ever since being doxxed by Drohgoh a new challenger has appeared! I guess this is a TWITLONGER! 😂🤠🤡 Meet 𝕔𝕪𝕣𝕣𝕚 ♡ ...a mentally ill chronically online alcoholic 32 yr old grown woman (she pretends to be younger to get male attention) who wants to "ruin my life" because I yelled at her on stream while she was drunk saying stupid shit! Cyrri is a sociopathic fatherless attention seeking former "drug dealer" (so quirky loool) egirl who manipulates her ex boyfriend into paying her rent while shit talking him to eboys online. She claims to not be like the other girls! Lots of those around these days huh? Anyway, at first she was threatening me in twitch chat and then started slandering me to mutual friends and viewers lying about me anyway she could to try to get people on her side and farm sympathy by calling me a "creepy stalker pedo" (she copied drohgoh's slander) and then saying that i tried to "dox" her and threaten her. She then started "crying" while laughing on her stream saying that i was doing stuff to her, it was pornhub tier acting. She also threatened to release edited recordings of me to make me look bad...ok dont care bitch LOL. My wow guild was also getting doxxed and harassed (to fuck with me) and Cyrri was encouraging the doxxers because she knew it would get me gkicked since no guild wants to deal with that. She has no proof of anything because I never did anything so I dont give a fuck at all about her slander. The reason I'm making this post is because she crossed a line. A crazy line. Since Drohgoh leaked my information, a lot of malicious individuals have been threatening me and my family. My elderly mother has been harassed on the phone by Cyrri's associates. Cyrri is so mad that I hurt her ego on stream that she has gone to insane lengths to try to "ruin my life" including having her friends (simps) threaten to send my mother ILLEGAL PHOTOS (yes that kind) and say that I'm involved with that stuff. Maybe she'll try to SWAT me next? Who knows what this psychotic bitch will do! Cyrri and her internet terrorist associates want to fuck with me "until he kills himself or stops streaming" but I won't be doing either of those things. Fuck you Cyrri and fuck your simp ass cringe dark web internet terrorist simps. Stay mad you fatherless degenerate alcoholic🤣 DO NOT CARE LOL U WANNA THREATEN ME U WANNA FUCK WITH MY FAMLY? U WANNA SEND MY MOTHER ILLEGAL SHIT? U WANNA SEND THE SWAT TEAM TO MY HOUSE? SEND ME SOME DOORDASH TOO PLEASE! I WILL JUST SHIT TALK U AND UR CRAZY FRIENDS apple "apple" "luvapple" on discord (INTERNET TERRORIST SENDING ILLEGAL SHIT TO MY FAMILY) KEEP SIMPING FOR A BRAINDEAD EGIRL THAT WILL NEVER TOUCH YOU LIL BRO! KEEP PLAYING ROBLOX ALL DAY CHEATING IN CS HVH WHILE THREATENING TO FRAME PEOPLE FOR CP U FUCKING DEGENERATE CUCK! FBI I DONT GIVE A FUCK I AM GOING LIVE IN A BIT TO DEEP DIVE INTO THIS DRAMA MORE AHAHAHAHA IS THIS SCHIZO ENOUGH FOR YOU ALL? IS THIS WHAT THEY CALL A CRASH OUT? FUCK YOU here are some twitch chat logs and a short clip from the night of the drama after I yelled at her on stream, she doesnt care how she "paints" me... *trigger warning* slurs in clip 🤡

A British writer penned the best description of Donald Trump I’ve ever read: “Why do some British people not like Donald Trump?” A few things spring to mind. Trump lacks certain qualities which the British traditionally esteem. For instance, he has no class, no charm, no coolness, no credibility, no compassion, no wit, no warmth, no wisdom, no subtlety, no sensitivity, no self-awareness, no humility, no honour and no grace – all qualities, funnily enough, with which his predecessor Mr. Obama was generously blessed. So for us, the stark contrast does rather throw Trump’s limitations into embarrassingly sharp relief. Plus, we like a laugh. And while Trump may be laughable, he has never once said anything wry, witty or even faintly amusing – not once, ever. I don’t say that rhetorically, I mean it quite literally: not once, not ever. And that fact is particularly disturbing to the British sensibility – for us, to lack humour is almost inhuman. But with Trump, it’s a fact. He doesn’t even seem to understand what a joke is – his idea of a joke is a crass comment, an illiterate insult, a casual act of cruelty. Trump is a troll. And like all trolls, he is never funny and he never laughs; he only crows or jeers. And scarily, he doesn’t just talk in crude, witless insults – he actually thinks in them. His mind is a simple bot-like algorithm of petty prejudices and knee-jerk nastiness. There is never any under-layer of irony, complexity, nuance or depth. It’s all surface. Some Americans might see this as refreshingly upfront. Well, we don’t. We see it as having no inner world, no soul. And in Britain we traditionally side with David, not Goliath. All our heroes are plucky underdogs: Robin Hood, Dick Whittington, Oliver Twist. Trump is neither plucky, nor an underdog. He is the exact opposite of that. He’s not even a spoiled rich-boy, or a greedy fat-cat. He’s more a fat white slug. A Jabba the Hutt of privilege. And worse, he is that most unforgivable of all things to the British: a bully. That is, except when he is among bullies; then he suddenly transforms into a snivelling sidekick instead. There are unspoken rules to this stuff – the Queensberry rules of basic decency – and he breaks them all. He punches downwards – which a gentleman should, would, could never do – and every blow he aims is below the belt. He particularly likes to kick the vulnerable or voiceless – and he kicks them when they are down. So the fact that a significant minority – perhaps a third – of Americans look at what he does, listen to what he says, and then think ‘Yeah, he seems like my kind of guy’ is a matter of some confusion and no little distress to British people, given that: • Americans are supposed to be nicer than us, and mostly are. • You don’t need a particularly keen eye for detail to spot a few flaws in the man. This last point is what especially confuses and dismays British people, and many other people too; his faults seem pretty bloody hard to miss. After all, it’s impossible to read a single tweet, or hear him speak a sentence or two, without staring deep into the abyss. He turns being artless into an art form; he is a Picasso of pettiness; a Shakespeare of shit. His faults are fractal: even his flaws have flaws, and so on ad infinitum. God knows there have always been stupid people in the world, and plenty of nasty people too. But rarely has stupidity been so nasty, or nastiness so stupid. He makes Nixon look trustworthy and George W look smart. In fact, if Frankenstein decided to make a monster assembled entirely from human flaws – he would make a Trump. And a remorseful Doctor Frankenstein would clutch out big clumpfuls of hair and scream in anguish: ‘My God… what… have… I… created?' If being a twat was a TV show, Trump would be the boxed set.” -Nate White

I spoke with Pooja Arora about why people are drawn to pessimism despite historic progress, and how cognitive biases and media dynamics distort our perception of modern life. Pooja Arora (Pooja Arora) Now, the human mind seems to be attracted to pessimism and cynicism a lot nowadays. And even though in your books, Better Angels of Our Nature and Enlightenment Now, you show how human progress has evolved over centuries—we have moved from a tribal era to living in luxuries that monarchs of the Middle Ages couldn’t even imagine—when you try to explain this to somebody, it’s extremely difficult. The world is bad for different reasons for different groups of people. Why is that happening, and how do you convince somebody that it’s a good era to live in? I don’t want to be born in the 1930s Me: No, no—or before. I mean, as I like to say, would you prefer your surgery with or without anesthesia, for example? Would you like dentistry in the 21st century or the 19th century? So yes, one part of the explanation is there’s a widespread pattern in polling that people are much more optimistic about their own lives than about the country as a whole. Reliably, if you ask people about the quality of schools, they’ll say the quality of schools in the country is terrible. What about your kid’s school? Oh, it’s actually pretty good. If you ask them, is the country safe? They’ll say, no, there’s crime everywhere—muggings and knifings and shootings. You say, what about your neighborhood? Do you feel safe? They say, well, yeah, I feel pretty safe. So partly there’s a dissociation between people’s vision of the whole country and their own lives. That is driven in part by what cognitive psychologists call the availability bias—heuristic—namely, people judge probability and risk and danger by salient examples, by narratives, by images. And that’s what the news delivers. The news is selectively biased toward the negative—not necessarily because editors prefer negative stories, although they do—but, on top of that overt bias, the mere fact that they report newsworthy events means there’s a built-in bias toward the negative. And that’s because anything that happens suddenly is much more likely to be bad than good. A shooting, a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, a man-made disaster—those are news. Things that are improvements, such as the decline in extreme poverty—which has been one of the most important events in the history of humanity—that extreme poverty has gone from 90% of humanity to less than 9%—the decline in crime, the decline in war, the gradual rise of human rights—those tend not to be reported in the news because they are not discrete events that happened on a Thursday morning in October. They creep up a few percentage points a year, and so they’re never reported. In fact, sometimes the reporting can convey the exact opposite impression. Imagine that you’ve got a curve that goes up, with occasional setbacks, and then up with a setback, and then up with a setback—and the only thing that gets reported is the setback, because it’s news. This year, for the first time in 10 years, life expectancy got shorter instead of longer. Well, if every time that happens there’s a new story, but there isn’t a new story about the nine years out of 10 in which life expectancy goes up—because it isn’t news, it’s the same as last year—then people get a systematically wrong impression about global trends. Finally, I mentioned that there is, on top of that, a negativity bias among journalists—but there’s a negativity bias in everyone, in that overall bad emotions are felt more strongly than good emotions. There’s a greater number of negative emotions than positive emotions. We remember the things that went wrong recently better than the things that went right. So human psychology is already tilted toward the negative. The very possibility of progress is a very recent development in human history. For thousands of years, there was imperceptible progress. People didn’t invent things. Things didn’t change. But over very short periods of time, the idea of a country getting better or the world getting better within the span of a human lifetime is something that only began to happen pretty much after the Industrial Revolution, itself following the scientific revolution and the Enlightenment. So I don’t think our intuitions were prepared by evolution for the very concept of global long-term progress.

Bitch, I do not play about eighth grade star aka opinions based girl….. yeah everybody’s laughing now, but it literally does not take away the fact that you are so fucking ugly like I had his ass blocked on my old account before I even saw this because every time he pops up on my for you page I just have to scroll because he’s so fucking ugly that it pisses me off he looks like he could be casted on Netflix and not in a good way. He seriously needs to find a new haircut because what the fuck is that middle part? and of course he’s a Nepo baby, and the best part is I just found out that he used to be fat, I bet he’s an anorexic asf lowkey all shade and that’s the only way his pathetic ass could lose weight and I know he didn’t use laxatives cause he’s definitely a bottom, the type that one bitch from White Lotus would say as a fem and NOT a butch. You can tell he wants to be Matthew from big mouth but he’s more of a Charlie from heartstopper, you can also tell that he’s never got his ass beat, well maybe once in middle school and then his white ass republican parents freaked the fuck out and got the kid suspended or some shit. Of course he’s obsessed with Diet Coke, he’s so obviously wants to be a white woman that it is embarrassing. Middle schoolers definitely go up to him and be like “oh my God you’re famous on TikTok” and he thinks he’s the shit but the rest of the population don’t give a fuck and the way his mom is a teacher…… I know that she probably yells at the fucking class for everything but really she’s just taking it out on these kids because she knows deep down that she wishes her son was like them instead of a fucking loser who makes strawberry bagels on TikTok not to mention everybody praised him for doing angel tree, bitch that’s nothing he probably just used some of his allowance money to look like a good person so y’all bitches would suck his dick. Omg in all of his fucking videos he tries to sound cute with that feminine ass voice and it gives me a secondhand embarrassment down. he thinks he’s Troye Sivan, but he will never admit that he probably listens to fucking country music and Taylor Swift so he can fit in with all of his Christian girl friends and that’s it. You can tell he peaked in high school. He was definitely the “token gay” and the homophobic straight boys loved him because he was “funny“ but it was all surface level, TikTok humor that seems funny to them. of course he reposted something about drinking on antidepressants. Just because you had a white claw and some lexapro(which explains why he used to be fat as fuck) doesn’t make you whatever a fucking vibe you’re trying to go for. He looks like he jerks off to the Lululemon maternity catalog while pretending he’s Harry Styles. I saw on TikTok that he has a girlfriend and I can’t tell if it’s just for attention or if he’s actually still dl so that his parents don’t freak the fuck out on him and he has to get a real job. This one girl posted him on TikTok, shaking his hips and drinking wine…… like who do you think you fucking are bro? like genuinely who the fuck do you think you are?🔑 he also reposted a TikTok about Lorde “looking a mess” I really don’t give a fuck if it was a joke. You have no place to be talking about somebody’s looks when he looks like that……. and y’all know what I mean, the type of guy who fucks all the dl in the room because he has zero confidence. The type of guy who has all the latest Apple products for no reason. I mean seriously he looks like he eats fucking rocks. Apparently he caused a lot of drama on TikTok (of course) and blamed his OCD like what kind of dumb ass excuse is that but then again he probably asked his mom what to say and then she sent him a script and he went with it. Somebody keeps on copying his videos and it’s pissing him off. I think it’s so hilarious…… you realize you’re just another copy and paste of every other wanna be “ influencer”. Don’t ever try coming for eighth grade start again.🔑🔑

Hasan goes off on Asmongold for his tweet about systematic racism and not being nearly as relevant as him Also says he might get similar views on YouTube if u were to count all his clip channels, points out that his ops are in the mainstream rather than Twitch, and that he hasn't mentioned Asmon in a month "I think he still does a good deal of (ruining gaming communities)..this is the Elon Musk style, no they are genetically inferior and socioeconomic conditions are a cope" "Ya I know (he's been calling me a Muslim terr*rist)..I mean I didn't know that he was doing that but I'm not surprised..bc I have the top channels up here..every now and then I'll glance..when Asmongold is live, his thumbnail is almost always my face..and his fanbase will say u talk about him nonstop" "The last time he got a Twitch ban he didn't actually receive the support he thought he would..first time I've brought Asmongold up..reason why he's posting sh*t like this..trying to grab on to as much as relevance as possible and he's failing to do so" "He'll make more videos, I assume..Idk if he still is making videos about me, I haven't really checked in" "Lol what..he gets more views than u on every platform" - chatter "I love the lone Asmongold warrior in chat..I'm not entirely certain that's the case, if u look at the overall views I garner from the Hasanabi industrial complex..spite based politics is very successful" "This is the final level of cope (that we both talk about each other)..if u key search Asmongold in my YT channel and keyword search on his..he talks about me quite a bit..I actually have leveled up on my ops a little bit more than random unwashed sweaty loser gamers..he's still stuck chirping about me" "Ur a k pop stan for an ugly ducking..for a guy who presents himself as working class bc he's nasty and he wears the same t shirt and ur stupid enough not to realize he's a multimillionaire who owns multiple businesses..some of which have cratered as a consequence of his toxic repulsive politics" "Talk to me when he actually has real ops..not just Twitch streamers like myself who forget to mention him for a month..no matter how desperately he tries, nobody gives a sh*t about what he has to say..how many ppl do u think would show up for an Asmongold meetup"

This speech by Stephen Miller is so deeply evil it’s hard to fathom it coming from a White House employee. This is pure Nazism. The in-group is “morally superior,” “ordered,” “beautiful” & “normal.” The out-group is “abnormal,” “scarred” & “deformed.” The in-group goes to church on Sunday (Miller is Jewish). The out-group is “violent,” “junkies,” & “predators” This is precisely how the Nazis spoke about their political opposition. It is a full-throated commitment to eugenics as policy. In reality, you just need to watch Miller to see everything he claims to be afraid of: hatred, jealousy & violence. He is the most “deformed” man in America. Finally, when Miller brings up the boogeyman of “Antifa,” it’s important to remember the original “Antifa” were antifascists in Weimar Germany who were the first people sent to Dachau. There is no left vs. right anymore. There is life vs. death. — “The leftist is fundamentally motivated by envy, by hatred, by jealousy. The leftist looks at what is beautiful and what is good and what is natural and is filled with envy and hatred. The leftist looks at a perfect family with the perfect life and a perfect job and perfect kids who goes to church every Sunday and is filled with the feeling of inadequacy and jealousy and they covet and they turn those emotions ultimately into a desire to subjugate, to oppress and to inflict pain and suffering. It's not a coincidence that when you look at these violent antifa demonstrations and you see any photograph of those who were assembled to be blunt, not one of the people that is demonstrating looks like a normal person. Not one looks normal. They're all deformed in some way in their appearance, in their dress, in their mannerism. Why is that? Why? You look at two photographs and you see a normal American street, you see an antifa protest. Why did the people that are violently demonstrating? Why is there not one normal looking person among them? Every one of them through the course of their life and their decisions has scarred their body and their appearance in many different ways. The point in which their outer appearance becomes a manifestation of their inner hatred. Trust your instincts to all people and cross all civilizations. You know what normal is. You know what beautiful is. You know what good is. You know that families are right. You know that children are precious and beautiful and must be protected. You know that the criminal and the junky and the predator is a threat to normal, healthy living. This is so much deeper than issues about taxation and regulation, although they're incredibly important. It's about normal, healthy, ordered living. And the violent leftists for these deep-seated reasons, going back to the earliest wisdom taught to us in the Bible about coveting. And I'm not talking about rich versus poor. I'm talking about a much deeper kind of coveting. Coveting people who are morally superior. Who are superior in the simple, truthful way they live their lives. People that they look at who are happy and ordered and peaceful and contributing to the communities. That burns an ember in them and that's how you end up with the horrors we've seen throughout history. Where good families are dragged that into the street and executed.”

🦕💬 • 260611 [01:03 AM KST] 41 voice notes transcripted/translated in order: hi how did you like made by riize? you’re asking if i ate dinner? i didn’t eat. i ate lunch kind of late, but i ate a hearty lunch. i also wanted to do a live as i finished work, but while wondering if i should do a live or not, something new to do popped up. and while i was doing it, it got too late. so i'll do a live later. go knicks! lately, the NBA's a hot topic lately. knicks. crazy. i don't know, you know... basketball that well, but i remember growing up they were sort of *the team* that people, yk cheered on. but i don't remember anyone saying that they were doing great, or anything. but apparently they're in the finals rn and they're doing rly well, so also can't forget the world cup. world cup season rn, so... just sports season.. sports season, crazy, yeah? [singing dyd] how is it? riize's challenge. easy, right? do it lots, please~ these days, a lot of short-form [videos] are coming up, as you've probably seen. I thought it might be fun if everyone did that together... what do you think? live... there's a way to turn it on, but even if i turned it on, i'm not sure if i could do it well. i don't have confidence rn so i'm talking like this wa, but there's only 4 days left for our comeback.. only 4 days left... how is it? are you guys looking forward to it? are u guys excited? we're going to ulsan the 15th, and wonbin hyung, said he's buying us lunch... not really. but it's our first time going to ulsan all together. we'll have our comeback there. i think it'll be fun. also, the 15th we're doing a comeback live.. we've been doing it every comeback... and at the live stream we'll be high school students.. but it could honestly be university students too.. or really just do it without a concept, but i think it'll be fun... just... it'll be fun... so, while doing that we'll talk about the comeback whatever happens i want us all to just create fun memories together, and since it’s summer, how about you all enjoy summer together with riize... how does that feel? how's this pfp? i like it ㅎㅎ engddongi, eng, engddon ah, right. also with taro hyung, we'll appear at salon drip... i also think that will be fun when it comes out. the recording was also fun, with doyeon nuna.. please watch it ah... you guys can hear the dryer? i won't tell you who's clothes it's drying, it's a secret~ since you could look at this as something im trying out instead of doing a live stream i won't be able to do it super often or every single day, but I think it wouldn't be bad to use this feature again sometime what do you think? ah, but languages are difficult it's not easy to unify into just one language now, but on the other hand, it's really fun. somehow, this chat room..? is that right? realizing that this place is totally global and international is in a way pretty cool. haha anyway, after a long time i rode a bike again.. there was a lot of sunlight... sunlight.. did lots of photosynthesis but what was a real mistake was first of all the bicycle didnt have a basket, and I didnt wear a comfortable backpack. i came out carrying a somewhat awkward/uncomfortable bag, so i really messed up on top of that the bicycle was incredibly heavy, but then the battery completely died... so I almost cried. without even realizing it I had gone so far away so I suffered a bit. that’s the story i also have the feeling i bruised my butt a bit... ㅎㅎ but that will also become a funny memory, right? how's riizing summer vacation? i think there were really a lot of funny moments... sungchan hyung was so funny... sungchan hyung said somewhere he hasn't eaten ramyeon in a year ㅎㅎ and sungchan hyung honestly isn't the type to eat ramen alone, he's on the not eating it side... but he's always like 'one bite, one bite'... so if we put all that together, wouldn't it be a plate of ramen?ㅎㅎ for me, at the beginning of our debut, it was a bit... you know how while filming content, i ended up grilling meat and all? but now, grilling meat... well, i don't think it's that bad also, back when we went to japan to shoot our album jacket photos and the trailer, we visited a lot of vinyl (LP) shops... and that was actually the first time in my life buying an LP with my own money when i was young i went to la to play, and then there was this famous 'amoeba music' store. i looked around and everything, but honestly back then i really wasn't that much interested in LPs. so i bought things like a lot of stickers and used them to decorate my laptop. somehow, after that time, [it was like] I truly spent time in a vinyl shop? but visiting now that I'm a bit older, it was so much fun there are so many songs I don’t know, and tons of songs that aren't even famous so back then in japan, duran duran is a really famous band, but I bought duran duran's Notorious LP and then I also bought Barry Finnertys,, barrynims NY City LP. what was so surprising was that as soon as I listened to the LP, the sound and quality were so good that I was like, 'wow, what is this?' but when I looked it up on the internet, it only had like 3,000 views on YouTube? I think it was 3,000, so because it was so good, I bought it. and after that yesterday too while wandering around here and there, i happened to walk into a cafe and they had LPs there too so yesterday, I bought one or two ㅎㅎ lp's no mater how you look it they have a vibe... its true that nowadays you can just look up and listen to everything on your phone, but another good thing about it (lps) is that I think it’s really great for finding songs you don't know so when going to the lp shop you get to learn a lot of new songs that you didn't know before. even if you don't go with the sole purpose of buying an LP, it's just... really great for discovering things... should I say? a riize lp would also be good... back then, during boom boom bass, we even went there and did all that stuff with our LP too... how was the video editing? back then when i went to school when doing things like presentations, together with other students we would edit videos.. i did lowkey find that kind of stuff pretty fun though because it was pretty much my first time [doing that] since back during those days... but really i think it was fun like... yeah.. i want to try to do it again when i was young i did draw. i drew for fun but it had been such a long time since i last properly sat down and tried to draw something properly with a pencil.. i think it's been such a long time i'm probably the worst at drawing in my family? ㅎㅎ my dad's good, my mom's also good.. my grandpa also draws reaññu well. but it was fun drawing again, so i also want to try that again... why is there so many things i want to do? really why is it? and above all, i want to work really hard on music so that someday i can show you even more. now, like from the trailer to the full version that was uploaded to our site... those kinds of things are a bit different from just being a song, though.. now everyone, let's try meditating together with me sorry.. anyways.. i have to leave in a couple hours actually, so.. time to hit the hay, yeehaw i can't fall asleep right away ㅎㅎ this.. seems like it might be a bit difficult to interpret/translate.. (yes anton, it is,,,) next time it might be better to just turn on a live stream instead ㅎㅎ sorry wow... sleep is really not coming... [1 video] [1 picture] ok jinja gn

I played Clair Obscur Expedition 33 for 60+ hours, defeated all the superbosses and here is my review: -2 graphic modes on PS5 -Many options (Motion Blur, Film Grain, Chromatic Aberration and more) -Played the game on the PS5 in performance mode -Solid 60fps with great picture quality -Very fast loading times -Minimal hud design -Played on the normal difficulty (was just right) -You can change the difficulty anytime (up and down) -The visuals and art direction in this game are insane, trust me -Every new location looks stunning and tells a story -The art direction is so unreal but also so authentic at the same time, stunnig work, the art director should get a raise for this -THE VOICE ACTING is also top tier, every character is brought to life with so much passion and love -The dialogue quality is also amazing and really reminded me of Naughty Dog games -How the characters behave and communicate with each other is simply lifelike -The characters also have complex personalities -Some very dark themes and overall a very mature story (death/loss, love, swearing, blood and gore) -The story is amazing and remains exciting until the very end -Some insane "holy shit" story moments -The game is more linear with some open zones and one massive overworld -I would compare it to Final Fantasy 10 in a very good way -There are also some beautiful fixed camera angles that took me right back to that time -The best overworld map out there, the size is MASSIVE and full of content (hidden areas, superbosses, shortcuts, lore and more) -You can camp everywhere on the map -Camp is your hub that will change overtime (extra dialogue, new NPCs, side content, listen to music and more) -You can level up your relationships with various characters -Romances are also a thing -Exploration is very rewarding, no minimap works great -Dedicated jump button and no fall damage is a huge win -There are so many cool things to collect -The game will respect your time, no long walks and good checkpoints -New outfits and weapons will look different (also in cutscenes) -You can skip cutscenes before boss attempts -The combat is super fun and a mix of Persona, Final Fantasy 10 and Legend of Dragoon -One button press combat is just stunning and will flow over time -You can see every enemy before the fight, quick in and out -Some of the boss fights are gigantic with insane attacks and some stunning "From Software boss arenas" (no joke) -The enemy variety is great with some terrifying creature design -The build variety is also crazy with so many combinations -Some of the late game bosses and especially the superbosses are no joke -Soundtrack is insane and every track is a banger -Different battle themes, boss themes, secret boss themes and many more -Some of the tracks especially in the emotional scenes hit me so hard -Game is super polished but I've encountered some small bugs (sound disappear, could no longer jump and some other small things) -Bugs got easy fixed with a reload (day 1 patch could fix that) -Not a fan of some jumping puzzles, but there are optional -Skill management becomes a little bit confusing as the game progresses (menu design could be better) -Would love a mechanic to kill lower level enemies fast and quick -New game plus on day 1 (with extra stuff) is amazing -The game is made by around 30 people, 30 hours of main story, 30 hours of bonus content, insane number of outfits, story focused, no microtransactions bullshit, new game plus mode on day 1 and a price tag of around 50 bucks, need I say more This game is brimming with attention to detail and is a true passion project by fans for fans. The developers may not have had the biggest budget, but they had a clear vision and the result is simply outstanding. My Verdict: 9.5/10 #ClairObscurExpedition33 Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Shuhei Yoshida

The Tanning Bed Won’t Kill You We live in one of the cloudiest, darkest places during the winter, and just a few minutes a week under the lights can rejuvenate you By O.W. Root O.W. Root Petoskey — The sky is flat and gray. Every morning is the exact same. The blinds open, but no sunlight falls onto the bed. The floor on our bare feet is cold like concrete. The moment we rouse ourselves from our covers, we hobble to the shower, aching for warmth. We all wake up to the same frigid horror. We flip through loving photos from August on our iPhones. “We were so happy then,” we muse. We look up and into the mirror, and we gasp. Our faces are cold as bone; sallow, and gray. My God. It’s dreadful, demoralizing, but there is a cure. It’s not a pill or a trip down south. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. It’s right down the street, in a dark little room full of humming lightbulbs. The cure to our winter depression is the tanning bed. I came of age in the early ’00s when tanning was quite common. Abercrombie & Fitch, the tanning bed, sandals in winter. Golden faces, ultra-ripped jeans, polos with the little moose logo, and perpetual summer. But since those hallowed days of yore, the tanning bed has fallen out of favor. Tanning has been viciously maligned and vilified to such a degree that going to a tanning bed in 2026 is akin to admitting to a great and terrible secular sin. Today, people claim to be “health conscious,” and that means believing that rotting in the dark rooms of winter like Morlocks is more healthy than acquiring a glorious glow before heading out to shovel the driveway. Often, upon hearing the suggestion of tanning, people protest that you shouldn’t go tanning because you will get skin cancer. Don’t make me laugh. Northern Michigan is one of the cloudiest regions in the U.S. during the winter months. This isn’t a normal place. This frozen tundra is cloud-covered more than almost anywhere else, and you are telling me that going to the tanning bed a few times during these barren months is going give me skin cancer? As I write these words in passionate defense of the tanning bed, I am looking out a bank of windows onto a sad and sunless sky. We have had approximately 6 hours of true sunlight over the past 21 days. Don’t tell me 15 minutes in the tanning bed isn’t good for you. This endless darkness is probably worse for you. Beyond the pearl-clutching concerns about skin cancer, there aren’t any legitimate arguments against tanning in the winter. It’s vilified and eschewed for no good reason. People are more depressed and sallow than they need to be. In fact, ignoring the benefits of the tanning bed is a form of masochism. Though I was in high school in the early aughts and thought of the tanning bed as a normal part of society then, as it waned from public consciousness, so too did it from mine as well. I too for a while thought it must be bad for you and suffered the winter without any help. It wasn’t until a couple years ago that I started to wonder about the forgotten virtues of tanning. I was so down in early March, so cold and so tired of not feeling any warmth or any glimpse of the sun. I hated the way I looked too. The bags under my eyes were so pronounced. My skin was a grayish yellow! I was just feeling gloomy. It was at that low point when I started to think about why I was so happy in the summer and if I could capture any hint of that in winter. And I remembered the long forgotten tanning bed of the early ’00s. I started questioning the narrative about it being so terrible, and I started to balance concerns about skin cancer against the fact of our inordinately cloudy climate. So I went tanning, and I felt good. Laying there under the all-encompassing lights, the low hum of the machine in the dark room, the bright warmth hugging my body; it felt like what I had been missing. And so I went again, and again, and again. And I became someone who goes tanning. It felt good, like how a sauna feels good. It heats you up in a novel way. But unlike a sauna, it makes you look good too. I am sorry to burst the bubble of the goths, emos, shut-ins, and crunchy vegan health freaks, but everyone looks better with a tan. No, that’s not a shallow observation. It’s just true, and it’s good to look good. Deep down everyone wants to look their best, and everyone looks better with a tan. I love the summer. Living up on Little Traverse Bay, I am on the beach all summer. Every day it’s above 70, I’m there. I can’t get enough of the sun on my skin, the sound of the waves, and the feel of the warm sand. The tanning bed gives me about 10% of that, and it sustains me until I can get back on Lake Michigan. I don’t tan in these months because I am an obsessively vain person hopelessly trying to hold onto youth or some impossibly perfect standard. I have gray hairs on my temples that keep coming as the years pass, and I would never dye my hair to hide them. I try to eat healthy and exercise, but I love a great greasy basket of fish and chips and don’t workout as much as I should. I go tanning for the same reason I wear decent clothes, shave every morning, wear cologne, and put my best foot forward. It’s good to look good. Of course, you can become orange if you hit the bed too much. You can become too obsessed with tanning and you can forget how tan you are becoming. This happened in the early ’00s. Orange girls with platinum blond hair. Guys with highlighted hair and nuclear skin. You must be careful not to fall into the trap of the early ’00s. You just want a little color. You don’t want to look like a tangerine. Is there a chance I might get skin cancer from tanning? Sure, I guess. There’s also a chance I might have a heart attack from all those baskets of fish and chips and straight bourbon. There’s also a chance I might get hit by a car before this is published. This might be my very last column and my enduring legacy. I’ll take the risk and the honor. I am a staunch advocate for tanning during the deep winter months in Northern Michigan. We don’t live in Tucson; we live in one of the bleakest winter regions in the country. You don’t need to be so beat-down, you don’t need to be a masochist, you don’t need to be sallow with disturbing shark-colored skin. You can be happy and beautiful like you are in the summer all year round.

Israel Foreign Ministry Falsely Claims Palestinians Tore Apart A Beached Whale In one of the more freakish acts of genocide propaganda we’ve seen in the last two years, the official Twitter account of the Israel Foreign Ministry made a post smearing desperate, starving civilians as cruel savages using the false allegation that they “tore apart” a “whale” that had become “stranded” on the beach. “Gazans tore apart a stranded whale on the beach. This is cruelty that knows no limits. But we didn’t hear anything about it from Greta PR Thunberg,” the ministry tweeted, with accompanying footage of people using ropes to move the body of a sea creature on the beach. There’s a lot to unpack about this one, but bear with me, because while this one instance of propaganda wouldn’t even make a Top Ten Thousand list of the most evil things Israel has done, it says so much about the way this genocidal apartheid state dehumanizes the Palestinian people. A quick glance shows that the animal in the video is not a “whale” at all but a whale shark, easily recognizable by the distinct spots and ridges on its back which no species of whale possesses. Whale sharks are not a type of whale at all, but the world’s largest species of fish, so named only because of their immense size. Israel’s Foreign Ministry falsely claimed the animal was a “whale” because “starving civilians eat a fish” does not make for good propaganda if you’re trying to frame them as loathsome barbarians. Whales, unlike fish, can survive for hours or even days if they become stranded on land because they breathe air. The post is crafted to convey the image of a bunch of uncivilized subhumans ripping apart a sentient mammal while still alive in order to pull at the heart strings of western environmentalists. There is no such thing as a “stranded” fish; there are fish in the water and there are dead fish. The whale shark in the video was dead, and had probably been dead for some time. To be clear, the Israeli government did not innocently misidentify a species of fish as a whale. The Israeli press had already reported that a whale shark had been butchered for food on the shores of Gaza, after having previously reported on sightings of the animal off Israel’s shores weeks earlier. They knew it was a dead shark, and they made the cold, calculated decision to circulate the lie that a whale had become beached on Gaza and met an agonizing end at the hands of the locals there. In a sense this is a distinction without a difference, because only a monster would begrudge starving civilians feeding their children with actual whale meat in desperate times anyway. There is an overwhelming and consistent consensus among humanitarian aid groups that the people of Gaza are being starved by Israel. But the fact that they’d go out of their way to lie about such a thing in order to make Palestinians look like depraved vermin really illustrates the hateful intensity with which Israel wants to exterminate these people. I mean, think about it. Firstly, on its face the Israeli government is suggesting that the lives of Palestinians are worth less than the life of a single whale. Just that one fact, all by itself, shows you how low the Israelis rank the value of Palestinian life in the grand order of things. Then they had to Israelify their position even more by lying about it, falsely claiming that a beached whale was torn apart by primitive sadists who should have instead helped the animal return to sea. An animal that they knew was dead. Then they Israelified it even further by adding in their freakish obsession with activist Greta Thunberg, who recently confirmed earlier reports that she was tortured and sexually humiliated by Israeli forces after being abducted for trying to bring aid to Gaza. Then they somehow managed to make it even more Israeli by adding in hypocrisy, accusing the Palestinians of “cruelty that knows no limits” after spending two years inflicting unfathomable suffering upon that population in full view of the entire world. Imagine surviving two years of genocidal atrocities, starving, watching your children starve, getting hungrier and hungrier and more and more desperate, and then along comes this giant fish that could feed many families. It would feel like a gift from God. Imagine the elation you would feel. And then imagine learning that your tormenters had somehow found a way to spin even this miraculous, life-giving moment of relief as something cruel and barbaric. Israeli propagandists would have seen Palestinians sharing videos celebrating their joy about the whale shark and recognized that if the footage isn’t carefully framed in a cunning way, it could actually bring hope to the people of Gaza and their supporters. So they made their very best effort to drop a big, steaming turd on it in order to kill those hopes. Israel has done so many stunningly evil things to the Palestinians that it almost feels trivial to focus on this single act of social media propaganda today. But I expect this one will stick with me, just because of how much it says about Israel and its abusiveness. Reading by Tim Foley:

.Christian Rivera (el que dijo que KOI era un equipo de mierda y se dedicaba a acosar a los jugadores) me llama nena en su stream, me dice que no tengo idea de lol y que soy un cagón. Obviando la fantasmada histórica, vamos a hablar un poco de mí y de este estafador: 👇 Lo voy a hacer en inglés para que puedan salir todos sus fanboys (tres o cuatro) y para que no tenga la excusa de la traducción. Yo no necesito esconderme. Le dais al translate y pilláis rápidamente el flow. As for the question of who am I, I think it is the mark of a moron to expect your name to carry your takes. Anyone can and will make plenty of mistakes when talking about complicated and opinionated subjects such as League. I feel context is necessary if you are coming late to what is quickly becoming a shouting match. My beef with Dom is based on me accusing him of basically being a grifter. Someone pretending to understand competitive League at a high level to sell gambling content to unaware kids after, in one of his many desperate attempts to claw his way back into pseudo-relevance, he declared KOI players to be "shit" and made this a running joke within his fandom. These alleged "shit players" in a "shit team" made finals on their first split and worlds on their first year. After upgrading their midlane to Jojopyun, have just now won LEC and made MSI. 2/5 finals, 2/4 internationals and a 3-1 LEC split finals against Cap's G2. Seems to me that, after combining defamatory language with such an ill-informed professional blunder (I don't consider him a analyst but he does, so it is a professional blunder from his pretended pov), it would fall on Dominate to give a proper public explanation. Instead, he hides on his stream while accusing others of cowardice. Let's put a pin on that and come back to the subject of what have I ever done (a weak whataboutism that barely qualifies as an excuse for running a harassment campaign against rookie players). I started taking League seriously and joined the scene as a writer in 2017. By the end of that year I managed to join Mad Lions, a team that would find great success without me during 2018, being that I left within the span of two weeks. After an argument with then coach Araneae, I became disillusioned with the competitive side of League. In this argument my head coach, a veteran player and unarguably successful coach before and since, was adamant about the idea that lane matchups decide strongside. I argued that it is actually jungle windows of play that determine who should get to push the wave. Today, we all know it's a bit of a mixed bag, and winning matchups have evolved much beyond who gets to crash any given wave. We agreed that both of us were people that have a hard time letting go of our opinions and parted ways amicably. To me, what makes League a worthwhile pursuit is exploring the interesting ideas that can be built through it, not necessarily the drive to win. I left the team wanting to use content as a means to an end, as after that argument, I became obsessed with understanding the competitive jungle. It took me a year and a half, and you can call it luck, but I'm actually quite proud of the narratives I was able to push building around that knowledge. By MSI 2019, attended by at the time world champion "Ning" and mechanical prodigy "Clid", I pushed Jankos as the clear best jungler of the tournament. I understand the English speaking community has no way of knowing this, but I faced significant backlash for putting a western player above these two greats. His cover style of jungle allowed G2 to greedily succeed in getting the most of their flex-heavy drafts that often landed them on the winning side of matchups, and coasted them into a midgame where they found no match. G2 took that tournament and set a record for the quickest international finals. By the time EU legend Jankos arrived at worlds, many had them as the key player/mvp that made 2019 G2 work. This time, even though most experts had Clid as clear top 1 jungler and I had just found success (maybe luck?) through Jankos, I actually pushed Tian as the top 1. Admittedly, this one is kind of murky, since it was Doinb's understanding of midlane windows that actually had Tian play the peak of his career. Still, the fact remains that FPX brought the best jungle/river play system and ended up taking the tournament. Finally, after a clear-cut exceptional Canyon that dominated 2020 and pushed the limits of what jungle efficiency is (hard to argue against his inherent quality nor was I ever inclined to do so), I had Wei as my top jungler for 2021's MSI. This time, professional junglers (with whom I had an amicable relationship, this was not in bad faith) wrote to me privately, joking about how they were expecting for the tournament to end and Canyon to stomp Wei so they could laugh at me publically and quote-RT my tierlist. I was committing the sacrilege of putting some chinese guy above the best jungler to ever play the game, in the tournament following his peak performance. Sadly, their time never came. Wei's mastery of damage limits and unique skill with the Rumble pick (which was disgustingly broken, even if only one guy could actually play it, never mind what Phreak's winrate analysis told you) made Canyon's Morgana spam look disappointing to say the least. Bear in mind that Canyon is still in my mind the best jungler to ever play the game, he just wasn't in his best form at that particular MSI. Call it luck if you want, but bringing three dark horse takes in a row and have them all pay you back is no easy feat. Ask Dom how his KOI take is doing, I don't think he's too happy with it. I can't sit here with you and spend all day exploring every bullseye I've ever gotten (there isn't enough room in a tweet), but I can tell you a few more. Had Fnatic becoming a dysfunctional team over Razork´s transition from selfish jungler into adc lapdog, recently confirmed by Vladi in chat (I think he is a bit better than Dom at the game). Had "Nisqy will never make an international tournament ever again" after he parted ways with Elyoya, while other content creators were pushing the opposite. We had to sit for years and pretend he was enabling Elyoya to look good and not the other way around. Nisqy seems like a fun guy, I'm actually low-key a fan of his, but I don't build my takes on whose dick I can suck deep enough so that they might show up on my stream and give me credibility by association (unlike other people). I had 2023 T1 beating JDG when the narrative was JDG's royal road. How? Because since MSI 2022 I've been pushing every team to study T1's early vision system. Like, I literally said over and over again, whoever is not studying this team's early vision system is hard trolling. Recorded several videos on it. This is before Faker ever made world finals against DRX. Back when I was saying T1 had revolutionized competitive League of Legends, accusations were that T1 were washed and chokers (remember which side of that narrative jungle soloq genius IWD was on?). After they made three World's finals in a row and won two of them, it seems like I was onto something, wasn't I? I also made a very controversial video in 2022 that titles "The Second Korean Age", speaking about how T1's advancement in vision systems would push Korea ahead for years to come. It was pretty controversial back then, in 2022, when China had won 3/5 of the last world championships. Now Korea has won three years in a row, not so controversial anymore. Lucky again. However, my proudest work is not something that seems that impressive at first glance. It's called "Pyramids towards 13.19". It's a work that explores the evolution of season 13's World's metagame, drawing a paralellism between understanding a patch and the religions in the lost city of Teotihuacán, wherein they'd build towards the sky in order to get a bit closer to the gods without any possible end to that process. Just as a side note, I also have a video about how laning between turrets is sleeper op and Riot will have to nerf it eventually. T1 and some Chinese teams were toying with it last summer, but everyone focused on swaps instead (as they were easier to build and had a more solid body of working examples). I recorded my theory in 2023 MSI and watched the best teams in the world converge on it a year later. There is more stuff like this, but again, I can't list it all. Not bad for a nobody, I wonder how that compares to knowing what item is op on Volibear in terms of respectable and interesting knowledge of the game. I often get professional coaching offers, including at the LEC level, despite only having two weeks of experience on the job. I've made a habit of declining them in order to keep working on what I consider to be interesting. Other than that, I've built quite a successful private media platform centered around analytical pro League discussion (that thing everyone tells you no one actually cares for) in a dwindling ecosystem where no one understands what people care about enough to pay for. I'd say that's pretty impressive in and of itself. As far as I can see, your numbers keep going down, so maybe I can help you with that too. So at this point I wonder, at which point am I allowed to ask what has Dominate ever done? Other than harassing players, a pattern older than his beef with KOI. I remember he used to gloat and act like an absolute turd, reacting to Rekkles' tears for YouTube views back when he had that string of public breakdowns. Is this a moral standard on which he gets to call me out on the crime of (and I wish I was kidding), posting a screenshot without context and then defending the Kcorp player "Vladi" in it to my Spanish-speaking fans? What a fucking ass I am. I wish I could harass kids online, sell gambling to minors, and bully people having public breakdowns so I could have the legitimacy of a real, tried-and-true voice of the community. The absolute gall to call me a pussy while you hide behind reaction content disguised as insight, a parasite of the co-streaming era of content, while I put my best foot forward building interesting stories that no one is talking about and get proven right; over and over. How is that KOI take aging mate, are you proud of that one? Where are your deep explanations? The actual content, where is it? Other than ragebaiting I mean. I'd really love to check it out, since you are sooo good at clicking with Udyr on the NA server. I want to remind everyone, as this can't be stressed enough, that this whole beef is about a guy making a shit (joke intended) take. Posing as a respectable professional to sell gambling while completely uninformed, driving a harassment campaing against players he knows nothing about, and then being butthurt that some Spanish guy calls him out on his pattern of abuse. You see, my mistake was that he can get Challenger on Dr. Mundo or whatever the fuck he plays, which somehow turns this into a debate and not someone being called out for acting like an absolute asshole. Then it invalidates my whole career, as I don't speak 3rd grade English natively and am unwilling to leave behind my people who supported me from the beginning. All I know about you, Dom, is that you are a bully who seems to enjoy it. Believe it or not, I'm not eager to get into a screaming match while I teach you league for free, all while joining your stream that averages similar numbers (while having streaming rights for years) as mine does broadcasting a stopwatch whenever I feel like streaming once in a blue moon. I don't think it takes courage to do that. It takes pity, of which I don't have enough for you, or perhaps a morbid curiosity for whatever might you say when actually confronted by a human. But I don't have that either, since I already know what you are going to say, the same thing you always say. "One time, ten years ago, I almost was"

Wow. Classic Jensen style, he ended the Nvidia vs. custom ASIC competition for good. 🫡 The level of confidence with which he explains. 🎯 He was answering to UBS research analyst question on how custom ASICs will affect NVIDIA or how they are going to compete with custom ASIC. Basically he says - Your custom chip is a science project in a world where NVIDIA is building revenue-generating AI factories. While the competition is still desperately trying to copy Nvidia's last generation, their roadmap is already at the limits of physics. They don't just sell silicon; they deliver the entire, impossibly complex platform that the industry has already surrendered to and standardized on. When you must bet hundreds of billions on your company's future, there is no alternative—they are the only platform to build on, and everyone knows it. Full transcript below. Question by the Analyst - "Jensen, I wanted to ask about customer ASIC. And I ask because if, you know, we listen to some of the same CSPs that you put up on that slide, and we listen to some of the companies who are making custom ASICs, some of the deployment numbers sound pretty big. So, I wanted to just hear your position, how you're going to compete with custom ASICs, how they can possibly compete with you, and maybe how some of your conversations with these same customers would sort of form your view in terms of how competitive custom ASIC will be to you." Jensen's response "First of all, just because something gets built doesn't mean it's great. Number two, if it's not great, all of those companies are run by great CEOs who are really good at math. And because these are AI factories, it affects your revenues, not just your costs. It affects your revenues, not just your cost. It's a different calculus. Every company only has so much power. You just have to ask them. Every single company only has so much power, and within that power, you have to maximize your revenues, not just your cost. So this is a new game. This is not a data center game, this is an AI factory game. So when the time comes, that simple calculus, as I was using yesterday, that simple math that I was showing yesterday, still has to be done. Which is the reason why so many projects are started and so many are not taken into production. Because there's always another alternative. We are the other alternative, and that alternative is excellent. Not normal excellent, as you know. Everybody's still trying to catch up to Hopper. I haven't seen a competitor to Hopper yet. And here we're talking about 40x more. And so our roadmap is at the limits of what's possible. Not to mention we're really good at it and completely dedicated to it. A lot of people have a lot of businesses to do. I've got this one business to do. And we're all in on this. 35,000 people doing one job. Been doing it for a long time. The depth of capability, the scope of technology, as you saw yesterday, is pretty incredible. And it's not about building a chip; it's building an AI factory. We're talking about scale up, scale out. We're talking about networking and switches and software. We're talking about systems, and these system architectures are insane. Even the systems themselves. Notice, 100% of the computer industry, 100% of the computer industry has standardized on NVIDIA's system. Why? Because try to build an alternative. Building the alternative is not even thinkable because look at how much investment we put into building this one. And so even the system's hard. What people used to think, system is just sheet metal. Hardly sheet metal. 600,000 parts, it's hardly sheet metal. And so all of the technology is hard. We're pushing every single dimension to the limit because we're talking about so much money. The world is going to lay down hundreds of billions of dollars of investment in the next just a couple of two, three years. Let's do the thought experiment. Let's say you want to stand up a data center and you want it to be fully operational in two years' time. When do you have to place the PO on that? Today. So let's suppose you have to place a hundred billion dollar PO on something. What architecture would you place it on, literally based on everything you have today? There's only one. You can't reasonably build out giant infrastructures with hundreds of billions of dollars behind it, hoping to turn it back on and to get the ROIC on it, unless you have the confidence that we are able to provide you. And we can provide you complete confidence. And singularly so. We're the only technology company where if I had to go place a hundred billion dollars on an AI factory... Oh, that's interesting, I did. Literally the only company who's willing to place hundred billion dollar POs across the industry to go build it out. And you guys know, that's our, that's the depth of our supply chain. And we are, and we have. Give me another. Give me another one that has that depth and that length. And now to the point where we've got to go and work with the supply chain upstream and downstream to prepare the world for hundreds of billions of dollars working towards trillions of dollars of AI infrastructure build-out. Our partnerships with power companies and all of the cooling companies, the Vertivs, the Schneiders, our partnerships with BlackRock... The partnership network necessary to prepare the world to go build out trillions of dollars of AI infrastructure, that's undergoing as we speak. What architecture and what ASIC chip do you go select? That doesn't even make sense. It's a weird conversation even. And so, I think that one, the game is quite large. The investment level, therefore the risk level, is quite high. And so the certainty that you're selecting the best is quite important. And the certainty that you can execute, vital. We are the company you can build on top of. We're the company, we're the platform that you can build your AI infrastructure on. And we're the company that you can build your AI infrastructure strategy on. And so, I think it includes chips, but it's much, much more than that." --- From 'GTC Financial Analyst Q&A' session (full link in comment)

Zack Polanski, "Today I was in Oxfordshire, standing in the aftermath of the devastation caused by a wildfire. Trees reduced to charcoal, cars turned to burnt out wrecks. The smell of smoke still lingering in the air on the site of what was once a thriving local business now reduced to ash." "Wildfires, literal scorched earth and a looming sense. And I really want everyone to hear this. This is only just the beginning. And today, as temperatures fall at the end of yet another extreme heat alert, we know that if it rains now, the soil being baked dry means it's much more likely to flood." "These days feel exceptional. But what we are living through right now are likely some of the least extreme summer temperatures we'll experience in our lifetimes. Today I am sounding the alarm and I'm laying out a plan." "Because last week, while a wildfire the size of 200 football pitches was raging across Suffolk, I called on, Prime Minister Burnham to act urgently to address the crisis. I suggested a COBRA meeting being the very least he could do." "And six days later, with another heat alert just having ended, we have still heard next to nothing from the very top of government. No emergency briefings, no new plan and precious little detail about how this government will protect people from the crisis." "It is putting lives and livelihoods at risk across the entire uk. So today I'm delivering a reality cheque. We are facing the biggest threat to this country since the Second World War." "I'm setting out what Prime Minister Burnham can do now to tackle the crisis and I am challenging him to act with the urgency we need. You will hear today from those on the front line of this crisis and they will lay out what they have dealt with in the past few weeks." "And to them, on behalf of the entire country, I want to say thank you. Extreme weather is now the new normal and without action, the impact on the people of this country will be unimaginably grave." "The threats we face are three hold first, the threat to the safety of the population. Almost 3,000 people have died from the effects of extreme heat this summer. And we know that older people and those with pre existing conditions are particularly at risk from these dangerous temperatures." "Those are the people who have been forced to stay at home for days on end, windows, curtains closed, trying to wait out the extreme heat. And these are the people who are most likely now to have grieving families whose bodies were under such intense strain and trying just to stay cool that their kidneys and their hearts could no longer cope." "Meanwhile, wildfires have seen hundreds evacuated from their homes, while many thousands more wait anxiously with Flames on the horizon and smoke in their lungs. We've seen across Europe how bad things can get." "Hundreds of thousands evacuated, half a million acres burned. The sheer scale of the devastation is hard to comprehend, but we need to look it in the face, because this is only a taster of what's to come if we don't act now." "Second, we face a threat to our food and water security. Farmers are now warning we could see food shortages after flooding followed by drought has decimated crops. And despite farmers working really hard through the nights to avoid the heat, food production is grinding to a halt and our food prices are set to rise." "Half of England is experiencing serious drought. And across the country, 8 of our water reservoirs are at risk of running dry. Privatised water companies they've failed to build a single new reservoir to since 1992, are, losing nearly 3 billion litres of water a day from leaky pipes." "That's five times more than a nationwide host pipe ban would even save. The threat is so severe that the UK's National Risk Register warns that if we have three years of exceptionally dry weather like this, we could face water rationing." "These aren't distant possibilities, they're very real scenarios and they are coming straight at us down the track because finally, we face a threat to our very way of life. Parents unable to take their children to the playground because the slides are so hot it could burn, their skin off." "Temperatures so high they keep us inside for days for the sake of our health. Cities feeling like ghost towns, parks turned into deserts. We only have to look across the Channel to France and Spain to see what faces us in the years ahead." "Europe is heating at, twice the rate of the rest of the world. Wildfires, droughts, deadly floods. The scenes we have seen play out on our TV screens are, frankly apocalyptic. And yet the response from our government is to pretend none of this is happening." "It is an astonishing dereliction of duty from those whose very first responsibility is to keep all of us safe, and from the media. With some brilliant and notable exceptions, we have seen more clamouring for North Sea drilling in the last few weeks than actually raising the alarm on climate breakdown." "While our country has come together, people have offered shelter to those who have had to leave their homes due to wildfires. They've checked in with older neighbours to care for those who are sick because of the heat. But the government. The government have been far, far too quiet on what is an emergency." "So today you will hear from some of those on the front line of this crisis and Those with vital insights into how we face this threat. A doctor, a firefighter, someone who served this country in the armed forces, and someone who has dedicated his entire career to our precious nature and wildlife." "It's experts like these that this government should be bringing to the table to design a full scale emergency response. So I want to step out from this big picture and look at some of the urgent steps that Prime Minister Burnham needs to urgently announce to protect people right now and keep us safe from what we know is coming down the track." "In the immediate term, we need to keep people safe from extreme temperatures. That means a free accessible cool space in every local area. And financial support for households so they can heat proof their homes. Second, we need a robust wildfire prevention strategy." "A fire service with the resources it needs to tackle blazes when they come. And that must include firefighting helicopters when needed. And not again ever seeing the shocking sight of requiring a charity to step in to contract a private firm to help fight fires." "And this should all be funded by taxing the fossil fuel giants who are profiting from fueling these infernos. And finally, to secure our water supply, prevent droughts and protect our food system, we need to bring water back into public hands." "Right now, money is flowing out of our hands into the pockets of shareholders, just like water is flowing out of those companies leaky pipes in the middle of a drought. Every single penny households pay for their water needs to go back into strengthening our infrastructure, building new reservoirs and protecting us from the droughts of the future." "We know that these extreme temperatures, these deadly wildfires, are being driven by the burning of fossil fuels. The sad reality is decades of inaction of politicians allowing fossil fuel companies to profit from pumping out deadly emissions have guaranteed the extreme weather we are seeing right now." "And we will see for the rest of our lifetimes. But there is still time to stop total breakdown. So let me speak directly to the Prime Minister. If we are to secure a livable future for our children and for our grandchildren, there can be no new drilling for oil and gas." "On this, the, the science is crystal clear. As politicians, we have a moral responsibility to do what is right for the people we serve, even when it's not politically convenient. And I know that whatever our differences, we both care deeply about the people of this country and the future of our planet." "So when the time comes, I hope you will have the courage to be truthful, be brave and hold firm to your party's commitment to no new oil and gas drilling in the North Sea, including both Rosebank and, Jackdaw." "Now, some will say we can't afford to make these changes. These last few weeks are showing we can't afford not to. We are facing an existential threat. People are dying. People are scared." "It is time to act. And when we do, we won't just avoid the worst effects of climate breakdown. We will lower bills permanently, help our communities thrive, and give a grounded sense of hope for generations to come."

Robots will bring billionaire living to a lot more people. I had the blessing to eat with Guy Savoy several times. One of the best chefs in the world. He, and other top chefs taught me about the importance of getting fresh ingredients. Here is how robots and World Models will bring that and what do I mean by “everything as a service?” In three years I will have this conversation with my 1X Neo humanoid robot: “Hey Neo I want to upgrade our food to billionaire level.” “I can do that. Food as a service costs $500 a month. I will buy only hand grown fresh organic food and I will prepare amazing meals for you and your family.” Where is the supply chain for such food? Farmers’ markets where everything is fresh and organic. You gotta stop buying at grocery stores to upgrade your diet. “Hey Neo here are the keys to Tesla Robotaxi. And here is my credit card. Start up food as a service.” Neo will take an autonomous car to the market. “But Neo how do you know where to go?” “Well a guy on X did a video of the farmer’s market nearby.” “I watched it, and now know roughly the kinds of things I can get there.” We are too late to start today, the market is closed now, but we can start next week. Look at this video the way Grok does. I am playing humanoid today. In one visit my Neo will ingest all of this into its World Model. In the second visit it will get even better. In the third visit even better. World models are going to be real time by the end of next year from a variety of companies. فيصل Tesla Robotaxi already serves both our home and the market. Our Tesla drove us there and already knows where it is. Grok is already a world model. In a few minutes it can tell you what it learned by watching this video. It watches all my videos before distributing them to you. So it knows how not to overwhelm @jason’s feed with my prolific posting. It will get a lot better soon. But after three trips to this farmer’s market my robot will know everything about this market including the names of the farmers. Watch this video, you meet one. Grok can do a RAG search and learn everything about him, including that he doesn’t have a Website, and only posts on Facebook. Also that he takes Apple Pay. It already knows everything it sees. The names of the vegetables, fruits, nuts, and what is ravioli. One vendor sells fresh ravioli made early this morning. If you are freaked out by privacy have your Neo stay in the garage until it is time to do something for you. In three years I will be eating fresh food with my brother in law while football is on the TV. If you don’t have a robot you won’t eat as well unless you are a billionaire who can afford to pay the human to shop and cook for you. The Robotaxi network starts up next year (without humans). The world models get good next year. By 2030 every one of you will have a robot in your home, at least part time. Who has the best world model? Tesla. Who understands the real world better? Grok. (I didn’t give this video to anyone else). Who soon will have the best humanoid? Tesla. Which company already has a Robotaxi in my driveway? Tesla. Which company has the best video ingestion engine? Tesla. Which company is about to turn on a real time world model? xAI. Which company would you want to invest in? Tesla and xAI. Which is why, if you are a Tesla investor and you didn’t vote for Tesla to invest in xAI you hurting yourself.. Everything as a service is about to arrive. Everyone who can afford a $20,000 robot, which can be financed will have it next year. I will. Anyone worried about privacy has no idea how useful this all will be to make your lives better. And how much money it will make for a robot company to put it all together. And only Tesla has all the pieces to make the meal.

I’ve never been the super patriotic type, but this World Cup has done something weird to me... Watching the U.S. play on home soil while stadiums packed with people from every background and every country got to experience America firsthand did something to me. The roar of the crowds, the sheer size of everything, the food, the chaos, and the pride all hit different when you see the world reacting to it. It felt like people were finally getting a real taste of what this country is like, and for once, they seemed to like what they saw. That hit me in a way I wasn’t ready for! I felt genuinely proud to be an American, and not in some cheesy flag-waving way, but in a “damn, this place is kind of ridiculous and I love it” kind of way. It got me thinking about all the over-the-top, larger-than-life things we have here that most of the world just doesn’t. So here’s my list of American things that blow other countries’ minds: 🇺🇸Texas BBQ. Not whatever sad little grilled meats other countries call barbecue. I’m talking about actual Texas brisket that’s been smoking for 12 hours and somehow tastes like it was blessed by angels. The rest of the world has no idea what they’re missing. 🇺🇸Real cowboys. Not the movie kind. Actual working cowboys who still exist, rope cattle, and look at you like you’re soft if you complain about the heat. We still have a whole profession that belongs in a Western, and we somehow treat it like it’s normal. 🇺🇸Everything is just bigger. Our trucks are bigger. Our portions are bigger. Our personalities are bigger. Even our problems are bigger. We don’t do subtle in this country, baby!! 🇺🇸You can drive for 10 hours and still be in the same country but in a completely different world. One day you’re in the desert, the next you’re in the mountains, and the day after that you’re at the beach. Most countries can’t even offer that in a week. 🇺🇸State fairs. Where deep-frying butter is considered a normal food option and nobody questions your life choices. We turned “let’s see how much we can fry” into a competitive sport. 🇺🇸National Parks that feel like another planet. Places so massive they have their own weather, their own ecosystems, and could probably be their own countries. We just call them “parks” like it’s no big deal. Grizzlies? We got 'em! Manatees? We got those too! Gators? You betcha! 🇺🇸And then there’s the small detail that we have the most powerful military in the world, and most of us treat it like it’s just another thing on the list of American normal. We’ll lose our minds arguing about whether the Cowboys are good this year or if gas is too expensive, all while casually having the ability to project force anywhere on the planet before most countries can even finish their morning coffee. It’s the kind of thing you don’t really appreciate until you realize how many nations would consider that level of military dominance their entire national personality. This World Cup made me realize I’ve been taking a lot of this for granted. We’ve got our issues, sure. But we also have Texas brisket, real cowboys, and the ability to drive across multiple climates without ever showing a passport. That’s pretty cool when you think about it! I'm an American, and I'm damn proud and grateful to be one!

The Naked Truth ‼️ Sometimes People Don't Want To Hear The Truth Because They Don't Want Their Illusions Destroyed MUST WATCH: The most important interview of our time Russia-Ukraine War The Best Explaned Jeffrey Sachs: Biden Has DESTROYED Ukraine, More Funding Would Be INSANE ➡️The longer it continues, the less there will be of Ukraine. ➡️Russia will capture more territory. ➡️Russia will capture Odessa, Kiev. ➡️It was about NATO enlargement, where the Russians said, no NATO on our borders. ➡️Americans who were following this, like our CIA director Bill Burns, who was then the US ambassador to Russia in 2008, said, this is crazy. No way. ➡️The entire russian political class is against this. ➡️But Biden and Obama and Hillary Clinton and Victoria Nuland, Jake Sullivan, Tony Blinken, they just barged ahead. They've wrecked everything. ➡️That's our american foreign policy. That's when this war started. This war didn't start in February 2022. It started in February 2014. It started with Nuland. It started with Blinken. It started with Sullivan. It started with Biden, who was a key person in that whole thing. ➡️Putin escalated. He didn't start the war. 📑Well, first of all, this is purely money down the drain. So if they want to rip up another $61 billion, which is not chump change, they seem intent on doing it, but it will mean nothing except more destruction for Ukraine. The fact of the matter is, if you don't listen to the nonsense in our mainstream media but listen to your show and others, people would know that this war has destroyed Ukraine. And the longer it continues, the less there will be of Ukraine. It's very simple, actually. If this goes on longer, Russia will capture more territory. If it goes on long enough, Russia will capture Odessa, Kiev. If we continue the way we're doing, and this is a Biden project that goes back ten years now, will completely destroy Ukraine. So the idea that this is siding with Ukraine is absurd. Anyone who really follows events knows that we're not siding with Ukraine. We have paid for hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians to go to the front lines and die for more and more territory to be lost. Because the most basic point of this war, which is that we overthrew a government in Ukraine in 2014 that wanted neutrality so that we could push NATO enlargement, was reckless, stupid, and doomed to fail, and it failed. Now Biden is just trying to hide the failure to get past November, but the failure is seen on the battleground every day. If the Republicans play into this, its unbelievable shame on them. Theyre basically on the right side, although Biden bludgeons them every day. Youll be the one to lose Ukraine. Well, the truth of the matter is Biden has been a disaster for Ukraine for a decade. The disaster is there in the graves of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians and lost territory. This is a war that never should have happened. It was about NATO enlargement, where the Russians said, no NATO on our borders. And Americans who were following this, like our CIA director Bill Burns, who was then the US ambassador to Russia in 2008, said, this is crazy. No way. The entire russian political class is against this. But Biden and Obama and Hillary Clinton and Victoria Nuland, Jake Sullivan, Tony Blinken, they just barged ahead. They've wrecked everything. And now they want another $61 billion to get them past November. It's a disgrace. It's completely a disgrace. To play devil's advocate. Let me give you the other side and then allow you to respond to that. What do you say to people that maybe acknowledge there were certainly missteps with the expansion of NATO and the provocation, but nevertheless, Russia chose to respond to that with an invasion. The situation in Ukraine is due to that invasion. And so what do you say to people who think, well, so we are now responding to that invasion by funding, not committing american troops, but funding a resistance in Ukraine that wants to continue fighting? Well, yeah, the war began ten years ago when Victoria Nuland not only passed out cookies on Maidan, but engaged in insurrection to violently overthrow a government in Ukraine. Pretty stupid. Pretty stupid to have a regime change operation on a country with the 2000 kilometer border with Russia. That's our american foreign policy. That's when this war started. This war didn't start in February 2022. It started in February 2014. It started with Nuland. It started with Blinken. It started with Sullivan. It started with Biden, who was a key person in that whole thing. And then the fighting went on for ten years. And then in December 2021, Putin said, look, stop the NATO enlargement. We can avoid an escalation. I talked to the White House at that point. Nah, we don't stop anything. They just thought they had all the cards. We're going to cut them out of this SWIFT banking system. We're going to bring the economy to the knees. Bunch of nonsense by ignorant people. And so Putin escalated. He didn't start the war. He escalated the war. And within, basically a week, Zelenskyy said, okay, okay, okay, we can be neutral. And the Turks mediated negotiations. And then, though the US government wants to hide all of these facts, which are sitting out there for those who know where to find them, the US intervened and told the Ukrainians, you keep fighting. And we have our senators who say, this is the best the money can buy, because it's Ukrainians dying, not Americans. They're weakening Russia. Well, they're not weakening Russia, but they are killing Ukrainians. So this is not responding to Putin's invasion. The war started ten years ago, and we kept refusing every off ramp till this day, Robbie, you know, you hear Putin say, and if you listen, every day, we're open to negotiations. And then these fools in the US government say, there's no one to negotiate. They don't want to negotiate. And then President Putin says, oh, we're open to negotiation. Oh, there's no one to negotiate, is what we hear from the US side. This is just narrative. It's destroyed Ukraine, and they just rip up money like there's no tomorrow. So another 61 billion. And now I hear from. From you that the latest plan is to take the illegally confiscated assets of Russia because there's no legal basis to do this and use that. That'll be really great for the international financial system. I'll tell you. Because these are people who don't think ahead one day. They just improvise day by day, and then they'll find out, oh, things don't work out so well for the US dollar, for the US as reserve currency for the US place in the world, because these people are acting like clowns, frankly, day by day, not thinking ahead, doubling down on lost gambles and everything to tell a story so that they can get to the elections in the way they see fit. Professor, I want to ask you about how the United States gets out of this now, because I'm reminded of conversations that surrounded the war in Afghanistan for years, which was that we shouldn't have gotten into it. This is a mistake. But now we've destabilized the country. We're in neck deep. We can't just stop funding and abandon this project. And that's a hamster wheel of sorts, right? So there are some people that I think are gonna listen to this and say, well, I agree with everything you're saying, but what do you do at this point? Is it just a sunk cost? Or is there some obligation to unwind this in a way that's responsible and doesn't leave Ukrainians high and dry? Ukrainians are high and dry no matter what we do. We've killed nearly half a million of them through this stupid project. And the ones that throw good money after bad are the ones themselves that are personally culpable for this. This is Biden's project. So this is the first starting point. You don't throw good lives after those already dead and good money after bad when you have an absolute failure and disaster on your hands. By the way, this is like every american effort. I'm old enough to remember Vietnam. The same words said about Vietnam. We do this over and over and over again in the US because our so called leaders have no sense and they don't think ahead. So, yes, we have to stop this. But the one thing that we don't do, and it's really a bit of a mystery to me, it's the worst I've seen in my whole lifetime. We don't negotiate. Does Biden call Putin, say, we need to talk? No, that would be weakness. That would be appeasement. They don't even have the idea that you negotiate anything. And, you know, if you try everything by a military approach and a failed one, and you do it in these proxy wars where it's the people themselves in these countries that are dying on the front lines, and you don't know anything about diplomacy? Well, you make a complete mess of the world. And so the answer is the first thing is the US and Russia should talk to each other because there's a cause of this war and that's NATO enlargement. And by the way, that's no secret and that's not propaganda. Even the secretary general of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, said that absolutely explicitly, as did the top negotiator for Zelensky, Davyd Arakhamia. This is a war about NATO enlargement. So why doesn't Biden call up Putin, say, you know what, we gotta stop the war. And that whole NATO enlargement that I was party to going back to the 1990s and to 2014 coup and all that was a bad idea. Figure out how to stop the war, recognize mutual security, and stop the bloodshed and massacres in Ukraine. If Biden were really acting like a president, thats what he would do. Its been about a year since a group of economists wrote an open letter about you, accusing you of denying the agency of Ukraine peddling Putin talking points, all of those kinds of things. It's a year later. How do you respond to them? Well, I don't respond. I tell them I told you so. I told them so from the beginning that this would be a complete disaster for Ukraine. People don't want to hear this. They don't understand. They don't know enough about american history. I told them Ukraine is going to be like Afghanistan and boy is it like Afghanistan right now. So they didn't want to hear. That's not right. That's not fair. Professor Sacks. I was telling them facts. I was giving them some good advice. They didn't want to hear that. They wanted to hear about victory, glory, how Ukraine's going to succeed, that great counteroffensive, all the rest, all the baloney. But I said from the beginning that this would be a disaster. I said this is just the latest neocon debacle. And I said explicitly it was going to leave Ukraine like Afghanistan and it was completely avoidable. So that's what I tell them. I'm sorry. Listen, pay attention. Learn something. That's what I say to them.

No, I don't think so. I think Conor McGregor's tailoring is best understood in the context of how labor has been deskilled for almost 200 years. Let me explain. Before the mid-19th century, most men who were not manual laborers wore bespoke clothes. In other words, their clothes were made specifically for them, typically by women working in the home or by bespoke tailors. This is how the King of Spain gets his clothes. When he was 11 years old, his father brought him to see a bespoke tailor in Madrid named Jaime Gallo. Gallo made the King's clothes using traditional methods: he measured the King's body and then used those measurements to draft a paper pattern from scratch. This pattern, which serves as the garment's architectural blueprint, is used to mark and cut the cloth. The pieces are then roughly basted together into a wearable fitting garment. When the King tries on this garment, the tailor takes notes on what needs to be changed, deconstructs the garment, and makes the necessary adjustment. This process repeats three times — basted, forward, and final fitting — with each step bringing the garment to its final form. This is partly why the King's clothes fit so beautifully: they were made by a skilled tailor and refined through multiple fittings. More important, however, is Gallo's technical skill. To be sure, not all tailors are so skilled, which is why I don't recommend going to just any random tailor. Gallo continued making clothes for the King until his own death in 2015. In the first slide, you can see three photos: two of the King wearing Gallo's tailoring at different periods of his life, and a meeting desk at Sastreria Jaime Gallo (Gallo's workshop). Most people today don't wear bespoke clothes. Instead, they wear ready-made clothes produced by manufacturers and sold by brands and retailers. The shrunken silhouette we see today was principally shaped in the early 2000s by three designers: Raf Simons, Hedi Slimane, and Thom Browne. These men were not rebelling against classic tailoring, which has not been culturally relevant since the late 1960s. Instead, they were rebelling against the oversized tailoring of the '80s and '90s, which was also created by designers (such as Armani). In the 2012 documentary "Antifashion," Simons explains that he felt oversized silhouettes were "too American" and "macho" (think Arnold Schwarzenegger). He wanted something that felt younger, more European, and made for thin, effete bodies. Slimane echoed this sentiment in a separate interview, saying that he felt bullied as a teen for not being very muscular, so he intentionally wanted to design things that felt more androgynous. He rejected the idea that every man needed to feel big and macho. Whatever you want to say about the shrunken suit trend, there were no technical issues with the original versions. Along the top row of the second slide, you can see two suits by Slimane and Browne. Notice that there's no puckering or pulling. The collar hugs the neck. I also think the clothes look pretty good on the models. This is largely because there are still people with technical knowledge working at this stage. The problems arise once those designs slide further away from such people. On the bottom row of the second slide, we can see Lionel Messi wearing a Thom Browne suit. IMO, it doesn't fit him as well as the model above him because he's a more muscular build. The original slim suits work best on thin figures with shoulders broader than the hips. Once you put these clothes on different figures, they can look egg-shaped. This mismatch can happen for all sorts of reasons. The people involved in selling or styling clothes today often lack technical skills: editors, writers, stylists, salespeople, marketers, and such. The designer was already one step removed from the tailor (a technical person), but at least they can work with a pattern maker (another technical person). Many people today are another step removed from that technical layer. Conor McGregor's clothes are from his own line, August McGregor, which he created with David August. Although David August works in custom clothing, he's not a tailor. He measures clients and sends those measurements to an overseas factory, where garments are produced by people who never meet the wearer. Conor's role is simply to market the product. He's a built-in influencer for the brand. There was a recent Wall Street Journal article about the emergence of "muscle suits," which is to say, very bulky guys wearing slim-fit tailoring. IMO, this can only emerge from the history we talked about. As more people lack technical skills and more layers or barriers exist between them and people with technical skills, the garment can look more distorted or strange. On the final slide, we see a video from Brimble and Clark, an custom tailoring company mentioned in the WSJ article. Like those from August McGregor, these are made-to-measure clothes produced in distant factories, though they use more stretch blends. Someone once told me that the owner of Brimble and Clark holds a ceremony when he delivers a suit to you. When you come into the shop to pick up your suit, a painting is mechanically lowered to reveal a collection of tiny knives. The company owner takes one of the tiny knives, sews it behind your lapel, and then ceremoniously puts the jacket on you. Then it's time for your own private photoshoot, where you get to pose around Chesterfield field couches while wearing your jacket concealing a tiny knife. The purpose, of course, is simply to make the wearer feel good. The business person understands something important: how a customer feels is more important than whether the product is good. This is essentially the system we have today. The company owner, salesperson, fitter, customer, writer, and influencer often possess little technical knowledge. The remaining expertise is concentrated among pattern makers and garment workers at the very end of the supply chain. I think about this sometimes when I read about AI, as I think it represents yet another step towards the deskilling of labor. Perhaps one day, someone who knows how to draw with pen and paper will look at an AI-generated image and recognize certain distortions that many have come to accept. But AI is outside my area of expertise, so I'll leave that discussion to others.
