Judges, both SC and HC, on sarkari salary, randomly go to Hyatt for lunch. with families. Nothing to see here.

Unless things have changed, Hyatt was always supposed to be a Shiv Jatia ownership, the Guptas went on to make the JW, and Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, the Grand, Delhi went to the 3rd partner, and SJ became the sole owner.

Undervaluation raises serious questions about transparency in handling public assets. In some cases, no cash changes hands on paper — assets themselves are settled, such as the Hyatt Hotel in Delhi. When public money is involved, due process and fair valuation are essential. Source:

I've always said it's an inside job, your CA or your legal counsel will spill the beans, it's none of Prashant Bhushans business to file PILs, I guess he wasn't looked after, the deal never went through, the hunger for money, and more money is sickening, and social media influencers who've never stepped inside the Hyatt are busy commenting. The USP of Hyatt all Delhi folks know are it's restaurants, TKs, LA Piazza, China Kitchen, it's a great vibrant property, and somebody wants to wreck it or take it over

It's a DARK MAFIA CARTEL, with tentacles across the globe. Involved in every crime you cannot even imagine, in your worst nightmare. Yet they have successfully MANAGED the operations with much impunity, and help from very powerful guests... 🤫 🤐

What a sense of entitlement on all sides. The portico is not large enough to accommodate two cars? Time to get rid of this VIP culture and mindset.

Mr. Mahesh Jethmalani Indian recovery system is not scientifically done no proper process follows by bank because of government intervention. SC was right in its decree .proposed a road map for recovery of NPA of $ 300 billion in 2019 to PM unfortunately he did not show interest.

When in 1980's Jatia family were broke and wanted money to complete the hotel , they sold the shops and now after 40 years they want the shops back by force and connections. Too bad and wrong and unethical. KARMA would take revenge and put them in docks

A sharp, unsettling narrative of high-finance shadowboxing when the identity of a major landmark's ownership is treated as a strategic mystery, proving that the ultimate SWEETHEART DEAL isn't just about the money settled with public banks but about the impunity that comes with being a ghost in your own country.

How long will our country give royal treatment to one family whose transactions, deals, travels shrouded in mystery as if national secrets while even a paani Puri Walla's Gpay transactions are traced and taxed. Is the govt afraid of revealing citizenship of such royal families?

Justice Vikram Nath's one-liner just dropped a bomb on Delhi's Hyatt mystery! Sweetheart OTS from public banks, no auction despite skyrocketing land prices, and owners hiding behind foreign passports & secret visits? SC already asked the tough questions — time for full transparency. Who really runs this place and why the VIP treatment?

आपने जो कहा वह सही था, लेकिन पार्किंग में खुद गाड़ी के पास न जाना, यही आपको महान बनाता है। You said the right thing, but the fact that you yourself did not go to the car in the parking lot—that also shows your greatness.
