Rainbow trout is delicious though! I ate a lot of it when Iived in Colorado for a year. Was on a budget, & fishing provided 2-4 days a week of free food for me & kids! Plus in the walk to my kids school there was a lady whose squash & zucchini grew under her fence between her yard & sidewalk. She put a sign on her fence that said anyone can pick whatever is growing in that spot. So a 2-3x a week I’d take a few to cook for supper.

My first fish I caught was a rainbow trout!

As a north Georgian and trout fisherman. Every girl I know that likes to fish and knows how to fish, doesn’t look like this. Every pretty one that lets you take them fishing, gets bored kinda quick. When I met my wife and she’d fish all day. I knew a keeper.
