I’ve heard of this happening to people that cameras inside their house too! I will never!! I won’t own an Alexa either! Even Siri is always listening and her bubble appears at odd times. The thought of ppl watching 24/7 is terrifying but then again, they already are in your TV

Its law enforcement that is watching you. I live in medford, ma and the police have been spying on me for years. They literally watch everything i post on X and will pull up outside my house and harass me with sirens if they dont like what i post. Keep your cameras lens covered 2
I had an iPhone that the camera and/or mic would randomly come on when I entered the room where my phone was or when I picked it up to use. I logged every time it came on in my notes. It was creepy. I’m glad I lost that phone. It was definitely compromised/hacked because the camera would watch me whenever I was on my phone. I bought a camera cover for it and have continued to do so with each new iPhone.
Any time I’ve ever tried to use my camera while a YouTube video was playing in the background, the video stopped playing until I ceased using the camera
They are taking your photos, listening, watching. All cell phones, Alexa Echo speakers and Google Assistant speakers and Nest all listen in‼️ Cover your cell phones cameras with blackout tape (front and back), use faraday cases, and throw out Echos and Google speakers‼️
My phone sleeps in a different room than the one I sleep in. I clock out of the computer usually by 7PM.

About a year and half ago, my Google home mini speaker was taken by someone, for about 3 to 5 seconds I heard people talking, like in a office environment, and No; it was not a broadcast by 1000%.
Mine is Samsung I've gotten that clicking.ive had camera cut on at night' too.

I can confirm. Multiple times a had my camera enabled with the dot visible. Seeing this I turned my iPhone off and restarted my phone. The dot disappeared.
I won't even having one. No wifi - just a hotspot for internet, set to one device. There have been many warnings...
It happened to me when I was on TikTok. My screen theme is black and I saw his figure, sound, movement. It is creepy. I thought it maybe was someone who works for my antivirus company. More needs to be done to stop this. We have tvs as well in our bedrooms!

couple things… i highly doubt her phone was “hacked”…that is not the same thing as someone having/gaining “access” to it also, why are you sleeping with your phone next to your head? at the very least…i hope you had airplane mode on lastly, always check your “settings”

Once they have the code to your phone you can't get them out, just switch phones, put your sim card in a different phone, they can't hack the SIM card. It didn't cost me anything cuz I already had a spare phone.

I keep my cams covered with pieces of a black bumper sticker. It's vinyl and won't leave residue like black electric tape. I've kept mine covered since 2003 on the flip phone. Are we there yet america???
I've had my phone and every other device with a camera covered for years. Amazon has plain black or ones with cute designs. Do it today!
