This man owns this house, it’s been vacant for a few months but he’s in the process of renovating it. He got a call from a contractor that was scheduled to work on the home that he couldn’t access the driveway and that there were a few cars parked there. The man was confused because he hasn’t had any tenants there for a while and goes over there to see what’s going on. When he arrives he sees the cars parked there and finds out it’s the next door neighbors cars.
