We provided #HungryMartha with an insulated igloo, filled it with straw & self heating pads We also provided wheat bags which are warmed in the microwave & retain heat We tried & tried to get her to move into the house, Without sucess , she loved her #MarthasMansion But three nights ago when the rain was lashing & the wind was howling she came in & stayed in, we are so thrilled to think she’s not outside any longer #MarthasMovedIn #CatsOfX #CatsOfTwitter

We had so many feral cats in our yard. We were able to trap 25, they all got homes except for 5 because they were deemed too feral. Husband build a 3 story house, lamps, big window, shelf’s, beds, 2 exits. Took years but they all came in eventually. They lived to 15.

I live in a 100y o f.h,w/old chicken buildings out back. A couple of them i cut glass fixed the windows. Using scrap wood & others covered up holes. Made a small d.way w/a heavy rubber flap. Then added boxes w/hay. I don’t have a lot of $,but it’s shelter🤷🏼‍♀️🙂

People who do this to animals should be treated the same! This infuriates me. My son worked at a Veterinary clinic while in college and he said these types of stories are way too common. He would come home some days completely disgusted with how many people treat their pets. Please don’t get a pet unless you have the time, the patience and the love to care for your pets! This has got to be the most chill cat EVER. This cat mom holds up her Craigslist rescue cat and shows us their daily shower routine — this cat could not care less about water. He just chills there completely unbothered while getting drenched by the shower. I have to laugh because if I tried any of this with my own cat, I’d probably end up needing a thousand stitches and a whole new set of clothes! He sleeps on her face every night, follows her like a stage-five clinger, and then zooms around the house like a dog after the shower. There was no way I could just leave her there. I gently picked her up and took her straight to the vet. She was given the treatment she needed, and everyone hoped she would make a full recovery. Over the next few days, she slowly started getting better. Her wounds began to heal, and little by little, her strength came back. The scared little stray was finally beginning to trust people again. Once she was healthy enough, I brought her home. She had a warm bed, good food, and, most importantly, a place where she finally felt safe. Watching her transform from a frightened stray into a happy, playful cat was something truly special. Today, she’s healthy, loved, and living the life every animal deserves. People of Twitter I need your help. This is Beepo, my foster cat. Beepo was bitten as a small cat and was found with her back legs to not working. This has made her unable to pee by herself, and because of that she's been at Austin Pets Alive! for far too long. She is the SWEETEST, most loving cat I've ever seen. She just wants a warm place to live and a happy family. I would LOVE to adopt Beepo. But sadly due to her condition she needs to be "peed" 3 times a day and I travel too much to help her. I'm desperate at this point to look for someone for her. I've been trying using my twitch stream but unfortunately there's been a few nibbles but no bites. If ANYONE out there would like to adopt her. I want to find her a home, I dont want her to go back to the shelter. She just wants a warm place to live and a happy family. I would LOVE to adopt Beepo. But sadly due to her condition she needs to be "peed" 3 times a day and I travel too much to help her. I'm desperate at this point to look for someone for her. I've been trying using my twitch stream but unfortunately there's been a few nibbles but no bites. If ANYONE out there would like to adopt her. I want to find her a home, I dont want her to go back to the shelter. This woman treks to over 400 houses in her neighborhood every year to place a Memorial Flag in everyone’s yard. Out in the heat, overheated, she never skips a beat and it all comes out of her own pocket. Even though people decorate themselves, to wake up every Memorial Day morning and see a flag placed by every mailbox is beautiful. She could be doing this as just a kind gesture. But, what are the chances she does this because she lost someone she loved dearly who served and this is her way of showing up and honoring their memory? Does your neighborhood do this? Or, do you have someone like this woman?

Now that is blowing up, I want more people to know that Freen really has a beautiful voice. Even when she’s just using her natural voice whether she’s singing in Thai or in English like this.. you can clearly hear how nice it is.
