This woman’s neighbor has a basic request but he raises so many red flags that his actual intention is questionable. The neighbor wants her to pick up his mail while he’s away and insists on paying her $100 a day to do it. He also insists that she enter... his home and put the mail in a bin in his kitchen. His latest way to make money off of her is installing a pay system to charge her for the washer and dryer that he already had in the home at the time she signed the lease. I don’t get how he can include it on the lease but then charge her for using it. When her lease is up she’s probably going to move out but for the time being would it be wise just to use a laundromat?
