This woman’s neighbor has a basic request but he raises so many red flags that his actual intention is questionable. The neighbor wants her to pick up his mail while he’s away and insists on paying her $100 a day to do it. He also insists that she enter... his home and put the mail in a bin in his kitchen. I don’t get how he can include it on the lease but then charge her for using it.
