Yes it is not considered as hate speech. Not a single time he mentioned Hindus, temple or any thing related to the community. He targeted leaders and that's what is done in competitive politics. Akbaruddin talks about seats which will be the governing factor of formation of new ruling party in Maharashtra This handle wants you to think that Akbaruddin is delivering hate speech but in reality he is not. Hate speech is delivered by those who openly talk about attacking mosques and the community
