Not harsh enough. Everton were deducted 6 points for a £20m breach. £900m/£20m=45. 45x6=270. That's the minimum that needs to be deducted. 35x5=175. That's nearly 100 points fewer than the precedent set.

1 got one better, relegate them to national league. Transfer ban for 5 yrs. Once in prem they get a 30 pts deduction every 5 season.
