On this day, she had already cancelled her appointment prior, and she still decided that she was gonna drive a long distance to get her nails done knowing she didn’t have an appointment. She starts calling the nail tech unprofessional and rude for not letting her get services without an appointment. Was the nail tech being unreasonable, would you have been sympathetic because she drove far and take her anyways?
