This year, doing something a little different. This is a reminder to everyone that you are your OWN STORYTELLER in your OWN LIFE. No one else can dictate who you are. No one deserves an explanation. I am evolved enough to know that nothing comes easy and no one...

Sometimes I sit and look around without blinking, trying to understand how everyone's mentality works or how one person comes to feel inferior to another. Although I spend hours analyzing everyone's behavior and way of communication, I cannot realize the superior way of thinking of some people. Why do they think they are superior to others or why do they show ignorance and criticism towards individuals who, in terms of mentality and humanity, are perhaps much more developed than them? But no one can explain the way of thinking of those around. However, I would like to give my opinion about each kind of individual involved in such a conversation. For those who think they are superior to others... Take a break from your daily lives to look in the mirror without the mask you wear daily in front of others. Look closely at yourself without embarrassment or prejudice and analyze every element of your life that makes you who you are. Ask yourself if the way you treat others would you like to be applied to you. Think before you open your mouth and criticize, nobody and nothing is perfect in the world. Look and think before you speak and accuse. Those who think they are inferior I tell you this.... Look carefully in the mirror and see the beauty that defines your existence. Not the clothes, not the money, not the social status, not the nationality, not the physical appearance, not the years of advanced education, not the social life and not the profession you profess will make you beautiful and wonderful. But your humanity and soul show who you really are and how valuable you are. And you don't have to be important for someone else, be important for yourself, for your happiness, for your future, for what you believe and what you love. Love yourself before you love anyone else, accept your own flaws and love what you stand for. You are perfect exactly as you are, look and love what you see in the mirror because that reflection is the definition of the beauty of the soul and the uniqueness that you possess. Be yourself and learn to love what you stand for, you are a star that shines forever. Army no one knows what tomorrow will bring and no one can change what yesterday was but I what I can say is that we can all live today, live in the moment and enjoy every day like is the last one. With no regrets or resentment, no hatred or sadness but just a smile, a smile so bright that will melt even the coldest heart. Be yourself, love yourself ❤️ Because I love you 🌹

"You can either produce excellence or you can avoid criticism. But you cannot do both of those. The reason that you don't have certain excellence that you want is because you are afraid of getting criticized. You are afraid of the judgment that comes with it. You are afraid of standing out. You are afraid of being alone. You are afraid of people looking at you. You are worried about what people think of you. There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. And there's no way everybody in this room is going to think the exact same thing about me. No way. When it comes to exceptional, what we've got to understand is you can spend your whole life trying to avoid criticism and earn reputation, and it still won't be in your control. We can waste a lot of time missing out on excellence we could have been producing if we were just simply LESS trying to engineer what we wanted other people to think about us."

Hero–Doctor Kirk Moore, who's now facing 35 years in prison, defends his decision to give saline injections instead of COVID death jabs: "What law did I break?.... [there was] no ingredient list... no toxicity studies... [the jabs were] studied for a total of two months." This clip of board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Kirk Moore (@Moore22K) is taken from an interview with Shannon Joy (Shannon Joy) posted to Rumble on June 10, 2025. ----------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "So my one position that I've said all along is, what law did I break? There is no law. There was no Covid law passed. There was no. Nothing that said that I had to do whatever the government says that I need to do. There's no law that says that. And the government is trying to kind of put me into this fraud side, like you said, you know, saying I. That I absconded or I misused or I purloined, you know, $28,000, $28,800 worth of product that they gave me for free and that, you know, that I had a contract with them to give it in such a way. So, I think that's, you know, that That's That's the law side of it. "The ethical side of it wasn't that hard for me. I'm doing what my patients wanted me to do. After a full discussion of what it is. I, have no ingredient list. I don't know what this product is. There are no toxicity studies. There are no carcinogenic, you know, carcinogenic studies. There are no mutagenic studies. There's nothing out there. This is something that was studied for a total of two months. "And the control group was. Was terminated, because they found that it had 95% effectiveness. Once the numbers came out and it showed that that actual effectiveness was less than 1%, by an absolute risk reduction, then that in and of itself should prove, you know, should show that, hey, this is just ridiculous. There was no benefit. There's nothing out there. "You know, you look at Brook Jackson's study and what it was that she was, you know, that she's tried to present in Texas. That's been thrown out, at least twice now. And you just look at all of the. Everything that's behind it. You know, you mentioned, you know, the ethical side of it. You know, the AMA code of ethics says that a physician is supposed to take care of the patient that's in front of them. Okay? That's your oath. My oath is if you were my patient, I would take care of you. You tell me what your concerns are, you tell me, you know, what your symptoms are, and we come up with a plan. I explain to you what the pros and cons of that are, and then you and I come up with a plan on how to treat you. "And I'm not treating you for your husband or your kids or your neighbors or anybody else. I'm treating you that's in front of you. Okay, that's in front of me. And we come up with a plan. So that's the code of ethics. "There's also a known issue with medicine and the legal system. And the, again, the AMA code of ethics says two things. We know that there is going to be a conflict between ethical and moral medical treatment of people and the law at times. And so as a physician, your duty is to try to do what you can, to do both to take care of your patient and to kind of reconcile the law. "So I did. I went to the state of Utah, I went to the House, I went to some of the Senate subcommittees, I, I was, I testified in some of these committee hearings, to try to get laws changed, mandate laws, mask mandates, Covid mandates, shot mandates. And we were successful. In the state of Utah, we were able to pass laws, that reversed the mask mandates. That made it actually, to some degree, a fineable offense for businesses to require Covid vaccines in order to go to work and to go to school. "And so that was my first step. The second step out of this is that if you cannot change that during the time that you're doing, you are, by ethics and moral values, you are required to take care of your patient in front of you, not to abide by, like you said, to abide by the law. So where is the AMA and all this? That's their code of ethics. I don't see them standing behind me and, you know, and trying to support the medical values and ethics that they, that, you know, that they claim on their website is one of, you know, one of their, you know, bastions of health and what physicians need to do."

Garry Nolan says there are more groups doing what skywatcher is doing right now “we know how to call them” “Skywatcher is one group of several that I'm aware of that are doing it independently.” Source -Sol Foundation 🔗 in comments Garry -“The, the information's out there, we, you know, it's already pretty well understood. I mean, look, there's been enough whistleblower types where the information of how to do this has leaked out. You know, we know how to call them. Whether you believe in psionics or not, it seems to be part of the process. So we know how to call them. The question is not can you video them? Skywatcher has already shown that you can video them and there'll be more of that kind of stuff, I think coming in the future, you know, so Skywatcher is one group of several that I'm aware of that are doing it independently. So that's citizen science. I mean, I think the answer is you don't wait for the government to do it, for you. Don't wait for daddy or mommy to tell you what's going on. You just do it yourself. Because as long as you're not going out there with, with guns or energy, weapons, trying to pull something down and, you know, get yourself in a bad situation, there's no reason people can't do it themselves and organize. So, you know, that's, that I think is the threat in a way that one needs to use against the governmental authorities who think that they hold all the, all the, all the marbles at this point, they don't anymore because the people who've been in the program, like Jake and others who've, you know, made that statement publicly, have basically made their knowledge and ability public. So do it.”

[Talking about self-worth and insecurities] 👨🏻‍🚀: I want everyone who has ever felt like they weren't pretty, they weren't attractive, they weren't good looking, they weren't strong enough, they had insecurities, or that they might feel like they're exploding from overthinking. And I'm not talking about one of these six, i'm talking about all of them. If you have ever had a situation where felt all six of these, I want you guys to type 1 into the chat. 👨🏻‍🚀: So, the point of that experiment wasn't to invalidate what you're feeling, because you're valid for feeling that. I think that is a common human emotion that we all have a problem we're dealing with. Our insecurities are the things that make us lash out, make us feel like we're not enough. And the thing about it, is no matter how rich you are, no matter how handsome you are, no matter how pretty you are, no matter how strong you are, no matter how great you are, no matter how intelligent you are, no matter how competent you are, there's always gonna be moments where this comes to you and I think the best thing to think in this situation is that yes i'm feeling this things, to validate yourself. You're not wrong for feeling this way. There's nothing wrong with you. Everyone feels this. 👨🏻‍🚀: But, during those times, i think it is very important to remember the moments in your life where you did feel worthy. Where you felt like you were just enough for that one person that you're talking to. Or you felt like you aced in a certain exam or you did really well in one thing. I think you remember those moments and then you push on for more of those moments so that eventually, in your life, you stop thinking about things that- or situation that made you think you're not worthy and start pondering more , recycling more of things that made you feel worthy. yunamseng?

Culture is genetic because behavior is genetic. This beaver never saw a dam in its life. No beavers or anything else ever taught it to build a dam. It wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. You cannot train dam-building into them or out of them any more than you can with a beaver. A beaver wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Whatever you see people build, that's what they wanted to build from the sticks they got in the river they were in. Stop pretending you can change it.
