Ohio State Football Ryan Day Thanks again to UConn Men's Basketball for allowing me to exist in a very similar capacity. Coach Hurley and the crew sort of started me out in this space. I learned a ton about being a champion from being in that environment and I’ve been able to share it with others I’ve come in contact with…... I talk about them at the end of this video. Dan Hurley But most importantly thanks to my main man Jim Tressel for creating the sit down between me and Coach Day last summer. His finger print and handprint is on this whole deal. WINTER was talking about always having the will to grow out her hair. She recently grew it a little below her collarbones but she cut it again. “Short hair is nice but I like long hair too. This time I cut it into a bob… so all the damaged hair has been cut off bc of that if I grow it out, I can grow it more healthily. Before it had many layers that even when I let it grow, it didn’t really feel like it was growing and it felt like it was kind of chopped away but now I can grow it out in a healthy way”

This year has been a trying year for my family. Wife has had to deal with surgery, chemo, and now radiation for stage 3 breast cancer. To help my kids cope and thrive I’m having my kids hit a lot of balls everyday (table tennis and tennis). It’s part distraction but it’s also a way for them to grow in their coordination, reflexes, athleticism, and more. It keeps them positive, active and eager to learn and grow. Focus on the ball and hit it. Hundreds of times everyday. Something good will come out of it. At least that’s my hope.

My plan has always been to trade trends until they break. If we get back above the 50-week moving average and 200-day moving average, then I will reassess. I've been talking about the trendline that connects the 2017 top, 2021 top, and 2025 top, but I honestly expected alts to run at the end of the year... let's see
