THIS YEAR, I UNLOCKED A NEW ABILITY - COPYWRITING I’ve always been contented with being in the background but it changed this year when someone said to me, “For something to grow, first it needs to exist”. I wrote a couple but curated MY TOP 3 to say I...

I want to thank God for a great year at VCU. He challenged me, pushed me to grow, and gave me the opportunity to build lifelong friendships with all my teammates. With this being said after a lot of prayer and discussion with my family, I’ve decided to enter the transfer portal.

2024, thank you for the lessons & the blessings. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve learned to keep my faith & strength alive. Grateful for every challenge that helped me grow. Here’s to embracing the new year with courage, hope, & love. Let’s make this year one to remember. ♥️

I’m very thankful to Georgia Tech and the University of Utah for allowing me to grow as a student-athlete, and allow me to showcase my God given abilities. I want to give a special thanks to Coach Shah for making this past year one I will cherish forever! With that being said I’ve decided to enter the transfer portal as a graduate transfer ‼️

I find this to be absolutely hilarious. I used to do this to my parents when I was little. It only scared them the first couple of times but it was so worth it. That's when I realized that I enjoyed pranking and scaring people so much. It's something that I've always carried with me since.

The ‘Survive’ EP is out today and along with it the last song ‘The Day That I Die’. This is a tune I wrote about the lowest I’ve felt in my life and truth be told it feels a bit weird putting it out there for people to hear but I’m honestly the proudest I’ve ever been about a song with this one. It’s been an absolute pleasure being back releasing music and playing shows the last six months and I’m honestly so pleased to say I feel so far removed from the place I was when I wrote this song. Looking forward to much more next year, love ya all x listen here →

First and Foremost I would love to Thank My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for allowing me to play this game and the lessons it teaches My time at Central Missouri has been nothing but the best, the relationships and bonds I’ve made will last me a lifetime. To my brothers I’ll hold you all dearly to my heart. To all the coaches Thank You for believing in me and supporting my dreams. With that being said I will enter the transfer portal with 1 year of eligibility #AGTG #Keepdafaith

I get the question everyday as to what my role, title or position is/was on the team. To be clear… I didn’t have one and thank God Coach Day didn’t give me a role because it allowed me to add value, speak freely and contribute wherever I seen it to be necessary. Ohio State Football Ryan Day Thanks again to UConn Men's Basketball for allowing me to exist in a very similar capacity. Coach Hurley and the crew sort of started me out in this space. I learned a ton about being a champion from being in that environment and I’ve been able to share it with others I’ve come in contact with…... I talk about them at the end of this video. Dan Hurley But most importantly thanks to my main man Jim Tressel for creating the sit down between me and Coach Day last summer. His finger print and handprint is on this whole deal. He doesn’t search for any credit but I’ll give it to him. Im proud to have first class relationships with top tier individuals. Video credit is to the wonderful Holly Rowe …. I’ve seen you throughout the journey this year!!

Chop day. Something I crossed with something back in the winter. Just got around to testing a couple seeds. Damn!!! Wish I hadn’t waited till this long to grow a couple. It’s a wonder I grew it at all. Didn’t think it would be this 🔥

🍑 i said this separately to the members yesterday but i want to say thank you to the members for loving my music the most for the past 10 years. as our team’s popularity continued to grow, the burden in making music also grew but i was able to overcome it and always stand back up because of carats who rooted for us and the members who trusted and supported me by my side. this 10th year is very meaningful to us, and won’t the day we celebrate our 20th year come soon? thank you for today

WINTER was talking about always having the will to grow out her hair. She recently grew it a little below her collarbones but she cut it again. “Short hair is nice but I like long hair too. This time I cut it into a bob… so all the damaged hair has been cut off bc of that if I grow it out, I can grow it more healthily. Before it had many layers that even when I let it grow, it didn’t really feel like it was growing and it felt like it was kind of chopped away but now I can grow it out in a healthy way”

Happy 28th Birthday to me! 🍰💙 I've been in my healing era this year and honestly I wouldn't be able to get through it without my friends. This year sucked, but I'm happy to have them by my side, so I made a gift for myself and my friend group with this silly but sweet video✨

✅ My personal website is finally done! As everyone knows this will stay a WIP. When I grow - the page grows. The goal wasn't to make it "perfect" but rather make it "me", my home. And I did that. On to the next.

Cardi B revealed that she hated being poor so much she promised herself her kids would never grow up in the hood “I really hated being poor and I used to say I refuse to have kids and raise them in the hood.” “I had to find a way to never do that, but I always wanted kids and I figured it out.” “Not only did I figure it out, I always had plan B, C and D, but I didn’t have to settle for them.” “I settled for my dream, and this is my dream.”

"I did my job to the best of my ability. I am just thankful to God. It's been a very, very arduous and long, almost 11-year journey. It has been traumatic, not just for me, but for my family, my friends, and all those who have stayed and supported me. For my 93-year-old mother in Port Harcourt, for my son, and for all those who love us, it has been a hard journey. But I tell you this: God will always do as God wills, and God will be God." — Diezani Alison-Madueke, reacting to the UK court judgment exonerating her of bribery charges

Yoongi : If it weren't for the fans who watched over me and liked me, I would've quit a long time ago. I wanted to grow old with the fans I have. I might not get any new fans. I might not be as hot as I used to be but I want to grow old with the people who were with me in my 20s

I really didn’t expect this to get so much engagement. But I have been in a dark place lately (I’m always in a dark place tbh but lately???) and on my hardest night I stumbled on this video and it did something for me and I hope it helps someone too. You’re not alone ❤️
